go to a place where you sleep

去到睡觉的地方，一般也就是床上，翻译为“上床”，但不一定会马上睡。

go to sleep=fall asleep

go to a state of sleep

进入睡觉的状态，翻译为“入眠，睡觉”，闭上眼睛，关灯关手机准备睡。

I went to bed at 10 last night and fell asleep at 1 in the morning after I played PUBG on my mobile phone. 

我昨晚10点上的床，凌晨一点才入眠。这期间一直都在玩吃鸡。
