爱尔兰规划入籍|离境天数最新规定 - 70天原则, 30天例外

关于中国公民通过规划入籍在爱尔兰居住时长的规定，可参考《1956 年爱尔兰国籍和公民身份法》第15条。其中15D 条明确规定申请入籍的申请人必须证明其在申请入籍前, 已在该国 "连续居住 "一年”（一般认为这是从申请表内所作声明的日期向后推算的 365 天）。

申请人在申请入籍前一年如果离境时间超过规定离境时间, 违反“连续居住”的规定，则无法在当年申请入籍。那么最后这年的离境时间具体是什么？
