Remark

(1) 旅客在第5-6天进行ATK自测并通过MorChana APP上报检测结果

(2)已付款的SHA Extra+/AQ指定隔离酒店1日订单须包含1次RT-PCR检测费用、1份ATK检测试剂盒及接机费用

(3)保额不低于20，000美金的医疗保险

Remark

(1) Travellers take ATK self-test(replacing RT-PCR COVID-19 test) on the 5th or the 6th day after an arrival in Thailand, and report the test result in MorChana application.

(2) The proof of paid accommodation on the 1st day must include

- 1 RT-PCR COVID-19 test
- 1 ATK self-test kit

- airport transfer

(3)Insurance for foreigners with minimum coverage of 20,000 USD for medical expenses (replacing 50,000 USD).
