法国总统埃马纽埃尔·马克龙（Emmanuel Macron）在第17届中法文化之春的启动仪式上宣布了和蔡冠深基金会合作的中法艺术家驻地计划。该项目将由法国驻华大使馆和蔡冠深文化交流中心·白云馆（Choi Centre·Cloud House）负责运营。

蔡冠深基金会作为中法文化之春首席战略赞助商，法国机构赞助商，应邀出席并且见证了这一时刻。

French President Emmanuel Macron announced a "cross residence project" in collaboration with Jonathan K.S. Choi Foundation at the opening of the 17th edition of the "festival Croisements" on the first day of his 3-day state visit to China between 5th and 7th April.

As a strategic patron of Croisements and several major French institutions - Dr. Jonathan Choi and Cloud House team was invited to participate in the opening.

在致辞中，马克龙提到他希望通过这个项目的合作，为艺术家和文化工作者提供一个创造性的环境，让他们可以在跨文化的背景下相互交流和创作。

In his speech, Macron hopes that through "Chinese-French Artist Residency Program" , artists and cultural workers can have a creative environment to exchange and create with each other in a cross-cultural background.

“交叉驻留计划将支持从事社会转型的创作者、艺术家和设计师，无论他们是致力于想象力的激发，或是设计居住于我们星球之上的新型方式。”

“This program of cross-residencies will make it possible to support creators, artists, designers engaged in the transformation of society, whether it is a question of creating imaginations, design new ways of inhabiting our planet.”

日前，白云馆已经在法国文化部部长里马·阿卜杜勒·马拉克女士和法国驻华大使馆副大使白美燕女士的见证下，蔡冠深基金会代表蔡志斌先生与驻华大使馆公使衔参赞裴国良先生，在法国驻华大使馆签署了战略合作协议，并将着手开展中法艺术家驻地项目。

In the presence of French Minister of Culture Ms. Rima Abdul Malak and Deputy Head of Mission Ms. Myriam Pavageau, Mr. Gilbert Choy, director of Jonathan K.S. Choi Foundation, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Mr. Nicolas PIillerel Minister Councellor of the French Embassy in China, and will together operate the cross-residencies project .

此外，马克龙总统还特别感谢了蔡冠深博士以及其团队对白云馆的保护和运营。也对蔡冠深基金会与东京宫的HAMO项目表示了关注和重视，并和蔡冠深博士相约9月在HAMO的启幕仪式上见面。

HAMO作为基金会赞助的东京宫内用于全纳教育的艺术中心，致力于通过艺术来促进文化调解、教育和包容。

President Macron also expressed his appreciation for the Foundation's "HAMO" project with Palais de Tokyo, and looked forward to meeting with Dr. Choi again at the opening ceremony of HAMO this September. 

As an art center for inclusive education sponsored by the Foundation in Palais de Tokyo, HAMO is dedicated to promoting cultural mediation, education and inclusivity through art.
