A foreigner tells a Chinese boy to “get out,” yet the majority of Chinese netizens back him and believe he doesn’t need to apologize.
The incident allegedly occurred on May 9 in the evening, when the father who recorded the video and his kid were dining at a McDonald’s and noticed a foreigner also present.
He asked him to “say hello” to the foreigner because his son was eager to meet the stranger.
When his son approached the foreigner, the foreigner yelled, “Get out,” before his son could respond.
Seeing the foreign man say “get out” to his son, he angrily picked up his phone and started filming the foreign man and questioned: “You are a foreigner so you can say get out to children? What country are you from?” “Which foreign company do you work for?”.
After being threatened by him to call the police, the foreign man helplessly apologized to his son in Chinese, but even though the foreign man had apologized, he was still not satisfied with the foreign man’s “expression”.
The foreign man can only say “sorry” again, and tell him that he just hopes not to be disturbed while eating.
The man then uploaded the video on Weibo in the hopes of receiving support from Chinese internet users, however most of them really sided with the foreign man.
You can’t expect the foreign man to respond to your son with a smile if you didn’t realize that he was wearing a work tag. “Did you notice that the foreign man was wearing a work tag. He may need to have dinner straight soon and then go back to work.
Another internet user said, “Did you know that when a person wears two headphones, it signifies he/she does not want to be disturbed.
