NIA Announces Visa-free Entry Policies in These Regions

The Chinese Public Security Bureau and the National Immigration Authority released a joint statement announcing the implementation of regional entry visa-free policies for tourists.
Four regions, ports of entry, have been mentioned in the statement, i.e. Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan and Shanghai. Below are the details.
Guangdong - 144 Hours
Foreigners in group tours entering the Chinese Mainland from Macao and Hong Kong SAR will enjoy a 144-hour (6-day) visa-free entry into 10 Greater Bay Area (GBA) cities.
The cities are Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhaoqing, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Huizhou, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, and Shantou.
Guangxi - 144 Hours
Tour groups of people from ASEAN countries can gain entry into the country without a visa through Guilin Airport.
Applicable Countries: Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Singapore, Brunei, and the Philippines.
The scope of activities is limited to Guilin City in Guangxi Province.
Hainan - 30 Days
People from 59 countries can enter Hainan visa-free.
Applicable countries
Europe
Russia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Norway, Ukraine, Italy, Austria, Finland, the Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ireland, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania.
Americas
United States, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile.
Australia
Australia, New Zealand
Asia
South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Monaco, and Belarus.
The scope of activities with this scheme is limited to Hainan Province.
Shanghai - 15 Days
Foreign cruise group tours entering Shanghai are exempted from visa application for 15 days if they are organized by a registered local travel agency and enter the country through the Shanghai cruise port.
Group members must have the same itinerary and plan to exit the country together.
The scope of activities is limited to Beijing, Shanghai, Liaoning Province, Hebei Province, Tianjin, Shandong Province, Jiangsu Province, Zhejiang Province, Fujian Province, Guangdong Province, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and Hainan Province.
The duration for each stay is 15 days.
