卡塔尔世界杯将于11月21日正式拉开大幕。目前，来自世界各地的球员、球迷已经纷纷飞赴卡塔尔，参加这场盛大的聚会。值得一提的是，从执法裁判、大熊猫、球场建造到中国商品，卡塔尔世界杯上的中国元素、四川元素随处可见。
FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 will officially kick off on November 21. It is worth mentioning that Chinese elements such as law enforcement referees, pandas, stadium construction, Chinese goods, etc., can be found everywhere in Qatar.

来自中国的动物们，也一起“出差”卡塔尔，开启了它们的世界杯之旅。10月19日，两只中国大熊猫“京京”和“四海”从老家四川雅安乘专机抵达卡塔尔首都多哈。
On Oct.19, two pandas, Jingjing and Sihai, arrived in Doha on a special flight from their hometown of Ya'an, Sichuan Province.

出于对中国大熊猫的喜爱，卡塔尔方将“京京”和“四海”以阿拉伯语分别命名为“苏海尔”和“索拉雅”。在阿拉伯传统文化中，“苏海尔”和“索拉雅”是天空中的两颗星，代表着吉祥、崇高和价值无限。
The authorities of Qatar named Jingjing and Sihai in Arabic as "Suhail" and "Thuraya" respectively to express their love for these two pandas. In traditional Arab culture, "Suhail" and "Thuraya" are the two stars in the sky, representing auspiciousness, nobility, and infinite value.
据悉，为了更好地迎接这两位“贵宾”，卡塔尔斥巨资打造豪华大熊猫馆，馆内功能齐全，“四海”和“京京”分别有带空调的运动场、室内展厅和豪华单人房。
It is reported that Qatar spent a lot of money to build a luxury residence for giant panda. Here, Sihai and Jingjing both have separate sports fields, indoor exhibition halls, and luxury single rooms with air conditioning.
根据中卡两国达成的大熊猫保护研究合作协议，“京京”和“四海”将在接下来的15年旅居卡塔尔，这是中东地区迎来的首对大熊猫！
This is the first pair of giant pandas to travel to the Middle East. Under a cooperation agreement between China and Qatar, Jingjing and Sihai will spend the next 15 years in Qatar.

今年5月19日，国际足联公布2022年卡塔尔世界杯裁判员名单，中国裁判马宁作为主裁判，曹奕、施翔作为助理裁判入选。3名中国裁判进入世界杯执法名单，创下了中国足球的一项新纪录。
In the list of referees for the 2022 World Cup announced by FIFA on May 19, three Chinese referees-- Ma Ning, Cao Yi, and Shi Xiang were on it, setting a new record for Chinese soccer.
主裁判马宁执法风格以严格、出牌多著称，他也是中国足球历史上第二位吹罚世界杯决赛圈比赛的裁判。
Ma Ning, the chief referee of this year’s World Cup, is also the second referee in the history of Chinese soccer to enforce a World Cup final-round match.

当地时间11月9日凌晨，3名中国裁判员抵达多哈，在赴世界杯组委会裁判部门报到后，他们就投入到执法世界杯前的备战冲刺中。
The three Chinese referees arrived in Doha in the early hours of November 9, local time, and after reporting to the World Cup organizing committee, they set out to prepare for related issues before the World Cup enforcement.
马宁在接受亚足联官方采访时说：“执法世界杯一直是我的梦想和目标，现在这个目标实现了，我会尽我所能向全世界展现出我最高的执法水准。”
In an official interview with the AFC, Ma Ning said, "It has always been my dream and goal to enforce the World Cup. I will do my best to show the world the highest level of my enforcement."

作为世界杯主体育场，能容纳9.2万名观众的卢赛尔体育场已成为卡塔尔地标性建筑。2016年11月，中国铁建国际集团中标卢赛尔体育场建设项目。
As the main stadium of the World Cup, the 92,000-seat Lusail Stadium has become a landmark in Qatar. In November 2016, China Railway Construction International Group won the tender for the construction project of Lusail Stadium.
