新年如新书，开卷有读之，一年中有你无法预知的生僻词藻，如同无法预知的风险与艰辛；也有可能找到你豁然顿悟的金句哲思；有可能晦涩难懂，有可能平淡无味，但也有可能等待你的是末尾那如丰收喜悦般的精彩纷呈……我们的世界亦是如此。

拥抱变化

疫情肆虐，这在人类的历史长河中曾经反复出现，它是一件我们人生中经历过的重要记忆，这使我们不断地去学习和研究当下正在发生的一切。2020年同样给予我们一个短暂停顿的机会，重新去理解这个世界和思索自我的定位；2021年，变革、求新已经成为几乎所有人的共识。

“变则通，通则久。”敢于接受转变正在比以往任何时候都更加重要。当全球化市场受到阻碍，我们需要将视野聚焦国内。中国的高端消费品市场在这一年中延续了2020下半年的良好势头，各类消费品的销售不断攀升——海外消费的回流与国内疫情的快速控制，经济内循环带来的稳定给予了我们新的发展机遇。高端消费群体比以往有着更高的需求——展现出个性化的色彩。对于产品的本土化、内在精神，消费者有了比以往更深层次的追求。市场中有了越来越多的联名款产品，并且出现了越来越多的定制化细节。如何将美学精神与产品内容结合，成为我们特别重视的课题，我们不是简单地将工艺、历史与品牌故事进行叠加，而是在融合的道路上不断打破天花板，不管多么险峻的高山，总是为不畏艰难的人留下一条攀登之路。当放慢脚步，我们蓦然间发现，世界并未因此而变得更加狭小，反而因向内的探索而让其变得更加广阔。

连接世界

周易有云：“日新之谓盛德。”望洋兴叹的人，永远达不到成功的彼岸。从古至今，我们从不缺少转变。在今天这个时代，所有的事物都在变化，以比我们认知中更快的速度发展。十年前你无法预料到互联网经济带来的转变，无法看到今天智能化手机以及其他终端设备在我们生活中的普及，更不会想到如同科幻小说般的智能化电动车辆已经在道路上驰骋。或许只有星辰大海才可以容纳下不断迈进的脚步。

我们与世界连接的方式始终在变化。疫情反复，阻断了传统的沟通方式。当我们拥有越来越少的机会面对面相处，当我们越来越适应每天接连不断的视频会议、语音沟通，当我们将更多的时间花在社交软件和短视频之上时，如何与这个世界更好地连接成为所有人关注的焦点。《罗博报告》也因此面临着全新的任务，用更为恰当的方式进行信息传达，让我们自己以及可以帮助更多人与这个世界建立更有温情的连接。从杂志到全方位的生活方式媒体服务平台，从新媒体产品制作到艺术策展项目，从讯息的传递到原创内容，我们的任务并没有因为环境转变而迭代，而是被赋予了新的意义。在未来的一年，我们也势必将继续探索，在未知之中更好地搭建起你与这个世界的桥梁。

坚守初心

To Meet a Broader World

The New Year is just like a new book that you need to read, and there are a lot of new and unpredictable risks and hardships just as a new rarely used word. Of course, you may find the deep sentences and philosophical thoughts in an instance from it. They may be arcane and stuffy, but you may also find a lot of valuable and rich harvests at the end of the year... The same as our world.

Embrace Change

Although epidemics have popped up again and again in the long history of mankind, COVID-19 is a major event that we have not experienced in our lifetime, which makes us constantly learn and study the things changed by this particular epidemic. In 2020, the outbreak of the epidemic gave us a short pause in order to understand the world and think about our own position. In 2021, reform and innovation have become the consensus of almost everyone.

As an old saying goes: "Change will lead to an unimpeded state, and then lead to continuity". At present, the courage to accept change is more important than ever. Under a situation where the global market is hindered, we need to focus on the domestic market. The high-end consumer goods market in China this year has continued with strong momentum throughout the second half of 2020, and sales of various consumer goods continued to rise. The return of overseas consumption, the rapid control of the epidemic at home, and the stability brought about by the internal circulation of the economy have brought us new development opportunities. High-end consumption has higher demand than ever before and shows more personalized features. More and more co-branded products and customized details have appeared in the market. Now, how best to combine the aesthetic spirit with the product content has become a topic with special attention. Instead of simply superimposing craft, history and brand stories, we continue to make breakthroughs and innovations along the road of integration. No matter how steep and high the mountains are, there is always a way for those who are not afraid of difficulties to climb. When we slow down, we suddenly realize that the world has not become smaller; it is even getting broader as we explore more deeply inward.

Connect to the world

It is recorded in the "Book of Changes" that "A person who keeps changing and innovating every day can be said to have a deep character." Those who bemoan their inadequacy in the face of a great task will never reach the destination of success. Human beings have never lacked transformations since ancient times. In today's era, everything is changing at a faster rate than we can perceive. Ten years ago you couldn't have predicted the changes brought about by the Internet economy, couldn't have seen the popularity of smart phones and other terminal devices in our lives, and wouldn't have believed that the intelligent electric vehicles described in science fiction would be driven on the road. Perhaps only a sky full of stars can accommodate the pace of continuous progress, because the way we connect with the world is always changing. Repeated epidemics have blocked our traditional way of communicating with others. When we have fewer and fewer opportunities to get along with others face to face, when we daily use video conferences and voice communication more and more frequently, and when we spend more time on social software and short videos, how to better connect with the world becomes the focus of all people. "Robb Report" is thus faced with a brand new task, that is, to convey information in a more appropriate way, allowing us to help more people establish a more tender connection with the world. From magazines to all-around media platforms, from new media product production to art curatorial projects, from message delivery to original content, our tasks have not been iterated due to changes of the environment, but are granted with new meaning. We will continue to explore in the coming year to build a better bridge between you and the world through the unknown.

Stick to the Original Intention

The climber who aspires to reach the top of the mountain will not be intoxicated with footprints along the way, just like the main line in the book: “The original intention persisted in the changes is the key of our soul.” To constantly try new things, constantly accept new technology, and constantly integrate into new thinking requires us to have a deeper understanding of ourselves, and maintain an original intention. Sticking to the original intention and unremitting pursuit of every detail in the changes is the key to success for "Robb Report". To pursue the beauty of life together and continuously absorb artistic inspiration and integrate this into life is our persistent direction. The products, the spirit behind the products, and the ingenuity of the creators will all become our next source of inspiration for innovation. The unremitting pursuit of every detail is our proud spirit, and moving forward with friends who love life while recording the new chapters given by the times is the essence of "Robb Report". In the new year, we will continue to stick to this original intention and continue to create amazing works with our every passion and meticulous strength.

The experience of every previous moment will not be meaningless, and the new year will never be as simple as a reciprocation of the previous year.
