三餐不规律不伤胃!真正伤胃的 4 件事,很多人每天都在做
胃想告诉你的 9 件事:
➊ 吃饭不规律不伤胃,但可以能会影响身体的其他机能或器官。另外,三餐是适应现代生活节奏的饮食模式,建议尽量规律吃,只不过不必为这件事过于焦虑啦;
➋ 吃凉的不伤胃。只要不觉得难受,就安心吃吧;
➌ 吃辛辣的食物也不伤胃。但要少放点油盐,而且要量力而行;
➍ 吸烟、喝酒会伤害胃黏膜。烟能戒就戒了吧,如果非要喝酒,尽量选择低度酒,且不要过量饮用;
➎ 高盐、缺少新鲜果蔬的饮食,会对胃造成持续伤害。建议口味淡一些,咸菜、腌制品、火腿等高盐食品也要少吃,新鲜果蔬要多吃;
➏ 幽门螺杆菌,是大多数胃癌和胃溃疡的罪魁祸首。建议关注幽门螺杆菌,进行检查和治疗。每个人都可以用较低的成本,换取自己不得胃癌的机会。
➐ 长期服用阿司匹林、布洛芬等非甾体抗炎药,要衡量胃的耐受度,必要时同时吃胃保护性药物。但如果只是因为痛经或牙痛偶尔吃两三片,不用担心;
➑ 胃总是隔三差五不舒服,可能是功能性胃肠病,和精神心理因素有很大的关系。大多数情况无需治疗,规律生活,放松心情;
➒ 粥、面条等易消化的细软食物不养胃。注意用餐卫生、营养均衡,不做胃害怕的事,就是养胃。
