解剖心电图——透过窦律看房颤
窦性心律(窦律)和房颤,心律的两个极端:一个起源自窦房结,是正常的心律;一个规律完全丧失,是高度的异常。在心电图上,两者也是泾渭分明,一个P波规律,QRS波规律,井井有条;一个P波消失,RR间期绝对不齐,杂乱无章。
“千里之堤,毁于蚁穴”,房颤也不是一天发生的,平素的窦性心律心电图上,也能看到很多的蛛丝马迹。结合最近门诊的一位患者,我们一探究竟。
