For corporate leaders, our collective experience over the past years has given us much to think about on sustaining and transforming our people, organizations and business with resilience.

At the 23rd annual HR Conference, our HR Committee leadership would like to invite all stakeholders, HRs, senior corporate executives, business line and function leaders, educators and others to join us for a managerial discourse on how organizations build capabilities in the changing workplace.
今年，中国美国商会人力资源委员会的领导层邀请到来自各行各业的人才参与本届峰会，包括相关政府部门、人力资源主管、企业高管、业务与职能领导以及教育工作者等，就“企业如何在变化莫测的职场中构建能力体系”这一主题展开探讨。
For the past 22 years, the annual HR Conference has been serving as a key platform for AmCham China members and the broader foreign business community in China to benchmark key trends and innovation in talent acquisition and retention, organizational development, and employee engagement.
