眼霜没用?甜食致痘?怎么护肤才能不被皮肤讨厌?

护肤现在已经成了一项全民事业。

先不说有小学生已经上课敷面膜了,

连嫌犯在被捕的时候都可能敷着面膜。


在这个看脸的时代,

饭可以少吃、衣服可以少买,

但这张老脸不能罢工。

然鹅,

对于一个这么重要的事业,

我们中的绝大部分人还知之甚少、

到处交智商税、

花了一大笔钱也没弄出个什么效果。


更不要说有些男性友人还停留在

“白天抹点雪花膏、晚上用点洗面奶”

的粗放型社会状态。

黄瓜不能消眼部水肿,它们只能帮你暂时补水,你用浸了水的布冷敷也能有同样效果。

Cucumbers don't help reduce puffiness around the eyes. They just hydrate skin temporarily. The same results can be obtained from a cold compress.

眼霜不能祛眼袋,再贵的也不行。

Eye cream can't remove your eye bags, no matter how expensive it is.

只要不过敏,面部产品都可以用在眼部,不需要单独买眼霜。

As long as you don't get allergic, anything you use on your face can be used around your eyes. You don't really need to buy eye cream.

高SPF防护值的防晒霜并不会增加皮肤的负担。

Higher SPF does not put your skin under greater stress.

Get enough sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night to allow your skin to regenerate and repair.
