林芝市工布江达县巴松措景区是西藏首个自然风景类国家5A级旅游风景区。这里景色各异、四时不同。这个冬天，这里迎来了数量不菲的一群“高原精灵”。

It's winter again, and the migratory birds are returning. So we are here in Nyingchi Draksum Lake to watch the cranes!
林芝市工布江达县巴松措景区是西藏首个自然风景类国家5A级旅游风景区。这里景色各异、四时不同，湖泊、森林、还有珍稀动植物的汇聚，使此地独具魅力。
今年这里迎来了数量不菲的一群“高原精灵”，它们闲庭信步在湖畔，为冬日巴松措增添了一抹不一样的灵动与生机。
Draksum Lake Scenic Spot in Gongbo Gyamda County of Nyingchi City is the first national 5A scenic spot of natural scenery in Xizang. The landscape here varies from season to season, with lakes, forests, as well as rare flora and fauna that make this place unique. a good number of “plateau elves”arrive here this year. They leisurely stroll around the lake, adding a touch of spirituality and vitality to the Draksum Lake in winter.

一场双向奔赴
你知道吗？黑颈鹤是世界上唯一一种终生生活在高海拔地区的鹤，严峻的环境赋予了这个物种与众不同的品格。作为国家一级保护动物，黑颈鹤在西藏分布十分广泛，每年的10月底，成群的黑颈鹤会飞来越冬，在周边的湖泊湿地度过一段悠然自得的生活。
You know what? The black-necked crane is the only crane in the world that lives its entire life at high altitudes, and the harsh environment gives this species a distinctive character. As a national first-class protected animal, black-necked cranes are widely distributed in Xizang. At the end of October every year, flocks of black-necked cranes will fly here for the winter and spend a leisurely life at the surrounding lakes and wetlands.
黑颈鹤的栖息环境非常特殊
它们需要干净、宽敞的
湿地和沼泽
相对寒冷的气候和降水
可以为它们提供
充足的水源和食物
The habitat of the black-necked cranes is very special. They need clean, spacious wetlands and marshes. The relatively cold climate and precipitation can provide them with sufficient water and food.

近年来，随着青藏高原生态保护力度的加大，黑颈鹤的数量也在逐年剧增。看黑颈鹤翩翩起舞，展翅高飞的身姿，你能充分感受到生命的力量与自由。
In recent years, with the continuous strengthening of ecological protection on the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau, the number of black-necked cranes has increased dramatically year by year. Watching the black-necked crane spread the wings and dance gracefully, you can fully feel the freedom and power of life.
翠湖映雪山，古宅照森林。“绿水青山就是金山银山”，这里走出的正是一条人与自然和谐共生的发展之路。
