决胜脱贫，少不了这“半边天”

在偏远的山村，不放弃对幸福的追求

面对生活的困难，她们不曾柔弱

她们，有一样坚定的眼神和坚毅的臂膀

撑起了决胜脱贫的“半边天”

把青春献给扶贫——驻村书记黄文秀

黄文秀是广西壮族自治区百色市乐业县百坭村负责扶贫工作的驻村第一书记。2019年6月17日，她在回村途中遭遇山洪，不幸遇难。

百坭村是深度贫困村，2015年建档立卡贫困户195户894人，贫困发生率为42.94%。在黄文秀驻村一年多的时间里，她一共带领418名贫困群众脱贫。截止目前，百坭村仅剩9户34人未脱贫。

在这个黄文秀生前奋斗的地方，扶贫工作全胜收兵，指日可待。

Huang Wenxiu was the first Party secretary tasked with poverty alleviation in Baini Village, Leye County. On June 17, 2019, she died in a flash flood on her way back to the village. During her over-a-year-long stay in the village, she led a total of 418 poor people out of poverty. As of March 2020, only 36 people in Baini Village remain under poverty. The target of achieving zero poverty that Huang Wenxiu dreamed of is just around the corner.

青年韩玲玲：不会开车，但会开挖掘机

甘肃省东乡族自治县的韩玲玲今年21岁，是县里第一个学习挖掘机驾驶技术的女学员。她告诉CGTN记者：“车我不会开，但是这个挖掘机我倒会开。”她的同学也纷纷表示，韩玲玲开的不错，还能指导其他学员。

韩玲玲预计自己毕业后开挖掘机，每月能赚至少六千块。

东乡县是深度贫困县。“授人以鱼，不如授人以渔”，该县职业技术学校提供面点、驾驶等多工种培训，学费和食宿费都能减免，帮助贫困人口学习职业技能。

Twenty-one-year-old Han Lingling is a trainee excavator operator in a vocational school in Dongxiang County, northwest China's Gansu Province. She is the first and only female excavator operator in the county, and has been practicing her excavator operation skills for free in the school for more than a month.

"I don't know how to drive, but I do know how to operate a mini excavator," Han said. Some people including her parents didn't understand her choice, but she stuck to it. "It's not true that only men can operate excavators," she said. After graduation, Han could make at least 6,000 yuan a month, and she wants to take the financial pressure off her parents.

甘肃陇南蒿林乡发展就近务工 妇女在家门口挣钱

蔚兰兰是蒿林乡村民，过去在家带孩子，没有机会就近务工。去年，她第一次不用外出，在家门口摘辣椒挣钱。她说，“自己辛苦赚的钱花着比较好，跟别人要钱不习惯！”

甘肃省陇南市西和县的蒿林乡是深度贫困乡，山大沟深是致贫主因。现在，乡里的理红种养殖农民专业合作社带动周边495户贫困户和12家合作社发展订单辣椒，特别吸纳了在山沟里带孩子的妇女挣钱。

目前，蒿林乡的贫困发生率从61.2%降到2.8%，9个村子已实现整村脱贫。

Yu Lanlan has been working at a chili pepper plantation in Haolin Village in Xihe County, northwest China's Longnan City, since last year. Before then, she used to take care of her kids at home while her husband went to work. 

To help tackle poverty in the area, the local government has in recent years encouraged those "left-behind" women to work on the village's chili pepper plantation. Now, Yu and other villagers are making around 120 yuan (about 18 U.S. dollars) a day picking chili pepper.
