谭德塞：城市承受不起另一场像新冠这样规模的危机

联合国秘书长古特雷斯在视频致辞中说，由于近90%的新冠确诊病例发生在城市，城市受到了新冠疫情的主要冲击。

世界卫生组织总干事谭德塞说，城市承受不起另一场新冠疫情这样大规模的危机，各方需携手同行，建设一个更加安全和健康的世界。

The policy debate of the United Cities and Local Communities (UCLG) World Council was held on Friday in the south China city of Guangzhou. 

In a video address, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said that with nearly 90 percent of the coronavirus cases, cities are bearing the brunt of the COVID-19 pandemic. While Tedros Adhanom Ghebrev, Director-General of WHO, warned that cities could not afford another crisis on the scale of COVID-19. All parties should work together to build a safer and healthier world.
