特朗普律师：大选结果将被推翻，有证据，但还不能公布
近日，有消息称美国总统特朗普首次承认拜登“胜选”。其实，特朗普只是在一则推文中再次炮轰“选举欺诈”，称拜登之所以“获胜”，是因为选举被操纵了。
自从有美国媒体宣布拜登赢得大选以来，特朗普从未真正承认自己败选。相反，他在最新的推文中表示“自己赢得了大选”。
此外，他和他的竞选团队正诉诸法律手段，试图以“选举舞弊”为由推翻大选结果。
那么，他们发起的诉讼进展如何呢？
目前为止，特朗普团队在至少五个州发起了十余起诉讼，指控选举存在舞弊等问题，但还未出现支持诉讼的切实证据。据报道，仅11月13日当天，就有9项与选举有关的诉讼“或者被驳回、或者被特朗普团队的法律代表自行放弃”。
虽然上诉受阻，但特朗普团队似乎并不打算放弃。
特朗普在最新的推文中称此次大选“违宪”了，大选的结果被“篡改”了，团队将很快发起更多的诉讼。

U.S. President Donald Trump tweeted on Sunday that he would soon file "big cases" challenging the results of the 2020 election, which all major U.S. networks have called for Democratic rival Joe Biden. He said that the "big cases" would show the "unconstitutionality of the 2020 Election, & the outrage of things that were done to change the outcome."
So far, Trump’s election lawsuits have mostly failed. However, the New York Post reported that Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani on Sunday claimed he had “evidence” that could “overturn” the projected presidential election result.
A joint statement released by the U.S. Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency said that “the November 3rd election was the most secure in American history” and “there is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.”

据《纽约邮报》报道，当地时间11月15日，前纽约市市长、特朗普私人律师鲁迪·朱利安尼在接受采访时表示，“大选结果将被推翻”。他声称有证据表明大选的计票机器把投给特朗普的数百万选票删除了，特朗普其实赢得了“摇摆州”。
然而，他并没有提供证据的细节，表示暂时“不能透露”。
此前，美国国土安全部下属部门网络安全和基础设施安全局发布了一份声明，称“11月3日举行的大选是美国历史上最安全的选举”，且“没有证据证明投票系统删除或丢失了选票、修改选票，或选票因任何方式被篡改。”这一声明被认为是对特朗普方面最为直接的回击。
目前，由于美国总统特朗普拒绝承认败选，拜登团队的交接工作遭遇重重阻力。尽管拜登强调，特朗普的行为“令人尴尬”，但不会妨碍权力过渡。据美媒报道，当前拜登团队仍无法获得关键资源。

According to a CNBC report, former White House Chief of Staff John Kelly criticized President Donald Trump’s delay in starting the transition of power to Biden, saying it is hurting U.S. national security.
Republican Senator Chuck Grassley said on Thursday that Biden should be receiving classified intelligence briefings from the Trump administration. Meanwhile, Former U.S. National Security Adviser Susan Rice pointed out that the Trump administration’s failure to initiate the transition process would increase U.S. national security risks and ultimately cost Americans.
