The 14 people are suspected of swapping vaccine vials with those filled with salt water at a dozen private vaccination sites in Mumbai over the past two months.The suspected organizers, including medical professionals, allegedly charged between $10 and $17 per dose, according to the authorities, who have recovered over $20,000 from the suspects.So far, at least 10 vaccination centers are under investigation for allegedly profiting about 2.6 million rupees (about $34,817) from fake vaccines.
