乌克兰居民不满西方煽风点火：他们在利用我们，太可耻了！

近期，俄罗斯与乌克兰局势持续紧张，有关所谓俄罗斯将“入侵”乌克兰的说法甚嚣尘上。总台CGTN特约报道员马克西姆来到乌克兰南部城市敖德萨，了解实际情况。

当地有居民因担忧“入侵”，自发进行军事训练。但不少市民并不相信媒体报道，指责美英发起信息战煽风点火，“假惺惺地说要帮助我们，实际是为了摧毁和利用我们，非常可耻。”

As tensions continue to rise along the border between Russia and Ukraine,  some residents in south Ukraine's harbor city of Odessa worry of a Russian "invasion," while many others do not believe in the theory. Some shared their view with CGTN that this information war started by the U.S. and UK is nothing but exploitation disguised as help to them. "Utilizing us Ukrainians (in the current situation) is very much a shame," said a resident.

对于近日美英等国宣布撤侨的决定，生活在俄乌边境附近的居民们怎么看，他们是否会因此担忧？带着这些问题，CGTN乌克兰拍客来到距俄罗斯边境30英里的哈尔科夫市，看看当地居民真实的想法。

How are residents near the border reacting to the recent news that the U.S., the UK and many other countries have asked their citizens to leave Ukraine? Does this worry the locals? CGTN Global Stringer in Ukraine traveled to Kharkiv, 30 miles from the Russian border, to interview the residents.

2月17日，外交部发言人汪文斌主持例行记者会。有记者提问，昨天，俄罗斯外交部发言人扎哈罗娃再次批评渲染“俄罗斯入侵乌克兰”做法，表示已经很久未见如此大量的虚假信息、污蔑和谎言集中出现。但美方声称，俄进一步军事“侵略”乌克兰的风险仍然存在。发言人对此有何评论?

汪文斌强调，散布虚假信息、制造紧张空气无助于乌克兰问题的解决，鼓吹集团对抗、挥舞制裁大棒只会给对话谈判增添阻力。美方应当重视并解决俄方在安全保障问题上的正当合理关切，为各方在《新明斯克协议》基础上寻求政治解决乌克兰问题发挥建设性作用，而不是炒作渲染危机、刺激局势紧张。中方支持一切符合新明斯克协议方向和精神的努力。

Spreading false information will not help resolve the tension between Russia and Ukraine, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin said on Thursday. China supports all efforts in line with the direction and spirit of the Minsk-2 agreement, he added.
