漫话天下 | 私营监狱还是血汗工厂？

2月28日，中国国务院新闻办公室发布《2021年美国侵犯人权报告》，报告称在过去一年里，美国的人权状况持续恶化。自奴隶制废除以来，美国私营监狱里重现强迫劳动。在美国资本家眼里，囚犯只是牟利的廉价劳动力，私营监狱是不折不扣的“血汗工厂”。

China's State Council Information Office on Monday issued the Report on Human Rights Violations in the United States in 2021. In fact, since slavery was abolished in the United States, forced labor has recurred in private prisons across the country. In the eyes of some U.S. capitalists, prisoners are tools for profit and they've therefore run private prisons like sweatshops.
