漫话天下 | 西方制裁 愈发离谱

自2014年乌克兰危机爆发以来，西方各国针对俄罗斯的制裁措施至今已经超过5000项。特别是近期，以美国为首的西方国家的制裁举措除了集中在传媒、经济、金融、能源、科技等领域外，还延伸至文化、艺术、体育、医疗等领域，甚至连俄罗斯的猫和树都遭到抵制。这些原本超越政治和意识形态的范畴，现在却沦为了制裁的工具。

Since the Ukraine crisis in 2014, the West has imposed over 5000 sanctions on Russia. Most recently, apart from media, trade, finance, energy, science, and technology, the U.S. -led Western sanctions have been extended to culture, art, sports, medical care, etc. Even cats and trees grown in Russia are banned too. What was once beyond politics and ideology is now falling into tools for sanctions.
