当地时间25日，俄罗斯国防部举行了新闻发布会，对在乌克兰开展了一个月的军事行动进行总结。俄国防部表示，总体上第一阶段行动的主要任务已经完成，接下来将集中力量彻底解放顿巴斯地区。
The Russian ministry of defense said on Friday that, in general, the main tasks of the first stage of their "special military operation" have been completed, RIA reported.
The ministry would now focus on completely "liberating" eastern Ukraine's Donbas region and the operation would continue until Russian forces had completed the tasks that had been set, it said without elaborating.
与军事行动并行的，是俄乌两国胶着的谈判——从第一轮谈判开启至今，两国在关键问题上始终没有取得进展。
参与俄罗斯与乌克兰谈判的俄方代表团团长、俄总统助理梅津斯基25日表示，俄乌谈判在关键问题上没有取得进展。
梅津斯基称因为乌克兰方面无法完全独立做出决定，才导致了目前的谈判进展并不乐观。双方在俄罗斯坚持的主要立场上没有取得任何进展。
梅津斯基强调俄方坚持达成一个全面的条约，除了乌克兰中立地位和安全保障之外，还必须在乌克兰非军事化、去纳粹化、克里米亚和顿巴斯地区地位以及其他一些问题上谈出结果，否则的话缔结条约是不可能的。梅津斯基还表示，乌克兰方面有意拖延谈判。
Russia is seeking a comprehensive deal in talks with Ukraine covering a whole range of issues, without which coming to an agreement is unlikely, the Interfax news agency cited Russian negotiator Vladimir Medinsky as saying on Friday.
Medinsky said that without the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, and the recognition of Crimea and Donbas, the conclusion of an agreement with Kyiv is unlikely.
He said Moscow believes Kyiv is trying to stretch out the negotiations. Earlier he said the two sides were making little progress on the key issues.
同日，乌克兰外长库列巴在社交媒体上表示，乌克兰在与俄罗斯的谈判中尚未达成共识。库列巴强调，乌克兰的立场是明确的：停火，安全保障，不对领土完整作出妥协。但俄罗斯方面坚持最后通牒。
库列巴认为，需要对俄罗斯实施更多的制裁，向乌克兰提供更多的军事援助，以此要求俄罗斯改变立场。
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said on Friday that "no consensus in negotiations" has been reached with Russia yet.
Kuleba said that Ukraine's position is clear, with "ceasefire, security guarantees, and no compromises on territorial integrity."
However, he said "Russia sticks to ultimatums."

西方国家对俄罗斯的制裁当然也在继续。
作为对欧美制裁的回应，俄罗斯总统普京近日宣布，俄罗斯向欧盟成员国和美国等“不友好国家”供应天然气将以卢布为结算货币。此举触发欧洲地区能源危机可能加剧的担忧，欧洲天然气价格应声上涨。
为尽快摆脱欧洲对俄罗斯能源的依赖，当地时间3月25日，美国总统拜登与欧盟委员会主席冯德莱恩达成了一项有关保证能源安全的协议。根据协议，今年内美国向欧洲追加供应150亿立方米天然气，在2027年前帮助欧洲摆脱对俄罗斯的能源依赖。
协议的主要内容还包括，到2030年前美国保证欧洲每年可以得到500亿立方米的液化天然气。与之相应，欧盟成员国需加强能源运输管道等基础设施建设。
A gas deal between the U.S. and the European Union was struck on Friday, in a bid to free Europe from its reliance on Russian energy.
It was announced during U.S. President Joe Biden's visit to Brussels, as the EU leaders' summit came to an end.
A "joint game plan" was how Biden described the export of an extra 15 billion cubic meters of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from the U.S. for the EU market this year.
"This initiative focuses on two core issues," he said. "One, helping Europe to reduce its dependency on Russian gas as quickly as possible, and secondly, reducing Europe's demand for gas overall."
Around 40 percent of the EU's gas needs are met by supplies from Russia. The long-term aim is for an annual boost of 50 billion cubic meters of LNG from the U.S. to the EU.
拜登支持将俄排除在G20之外 俄：并无重大影响
当地时间24日，美国总统拜登在参加北约峰会时宣布了对俄罗斯的新制裁以及对乌克兰的援助。
当被问及是否应该将俄罗斯排除出二十国集团（G20）时，拜登说，“我的回答是肯定的，这将取决于G20成员国。”同时拜登也表示，如果G20本年度轮值主席国印度尼西亚不同意将俄罗斯排除出G20，他认为应该允许乌克兰也参加G20会议。
当地时间3月25日，俄罗斯总统新闻秘书佩斯科夫表示，G20的形式很重要，俄罗斯准备继续参加，但是如果俄罗斯最终被排除在二十国集团外也不会产生任何重大影响。
The Kremlin said on Friday that nothing terrible will happen if the United States and its allies succeed in expelling Russia from the Group of Twenty (G20) major economies.
"The G20 format is important, but in the current circumstances, when most of the participants are in a state of economic war with us, nothing terrible will happen," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters, when responding to a question about Russia's possible expulsion.
拉夫罗夫：西方对俄制裁展现其虚伪利己的价值观
当地时间25日，俄罗斯外长拉夫罗夫表示，俄罗斯正面临西方国家对其发起的全面战争，但美欧等西方国家想让世界屈服于他们的企图注定会失败，世界上绝大多数国家都不会“一边倒”。西方国家对俄罗斯的制裁展现出其自身价值观的虚伪性和利己性。
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that Western attempts to maintain dominance in the world and return to a unipolar world were illusions, Russia's TASS news agency reported Friday.
Speaking at the Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund meeting on Friday, he said "a real hybrid war, total war" was declared on Russia with an aim to "destroy, break, annihilate, strangle the Russian economy, and Russia on the whole."
Lavrov said that the vast majority of countries in the world will not join the "games" of the collective West regarding the use of sanctions against Russia.
"The vast majority of states are interested in the development of equal inter-state cooperation, based on key principles, cemented in the UN Charter. First and foremost, the principle of sovereign equality of states," he was quoted as saying by TASS.
The diplomat further noted that Russia has "many friends, allies, partners in the world, a huge number of associations in which Russia is working with countries of all continents, and we will continue to do so."
