上海本土新增“1931+15698”，市纪委监委将对保供物资展开监督检查
上海市卫健委今早（22日）通报：2022年4月21日0—24时，新增本土新冠肺炎确诊病例1931例和无症状感染者15698例。
Shanghai registered 1,931 locally transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases and 15,698 asymptomatic cases on Thursday, local authorities said on Friday morning.

2022年4月19日，上海再度启动为期半个月的环境消杀行动，小区使用环境消杀车进行作业。
据今天举行的上海市疫情防控新闻发布会，上海市疫情已连续几天呈下降趋势。
但上海市当前疫情形势依然十分严峻，防控工作正处于较劲爬坡的关键时刻，为进一步巩固扩大清零攻坚工作成效，市防控办昨天制定下发了实施方案，采取“全域静态管理、全员检测筛查、全面流调排查、全民清洁消杀、全程查漏补缺”等综合防控措施，做到“应检尽检、应隔尽隔、应收尽收、应治尽治”，力争早日实现社会面清零。
接下来，将开展社区管控行动、检测筛查行动、流调排查行动、转运隔离行动、腾换扩容行动、中医药干预行动、清洁消毒行动等九大行动。
其中的社区管控行动，将按照“三区”划分要求，实施从严管控，加大对流动人口、居家隔离等人员的管理，最大限度减少人员流动聚集，动态梯次调整“三区”划定范围。还将开展检测筛查行动，采取分区分级检测推进模式，实施“抗原+核酸”组合筛查，全面提高“采、送、检、报”全流程效率。

Tiered community control measures will be carried out to minimize the movement and gathering of people, according to the arrangements announced by the municipal committee of the Communist Party of China and the local government.
Shanghai will also adopt COVID-19 testing and screening policies tailored to different communities.
Officials have divided the city into three areas – closed-off management, restrictive control and prevention – as part of targeted efforts to overcome the recent virus resurgence.
The financial hub will also carry out epidemiological investigations, traditional Chinese medicine interventions, as well as cleaning and disinfection.

对保供物资采购发放开展专项监督检查
2022年4月21日，上海，封闭社区的志愿者骑电动三轮车为居民送上卫生卷纸等生活物资。
据“廉洁上海”公众号消息，近期，上海市多个乡镇、街道在发放生活保障物资“大礼包”的过程中，发生了被居民投诉存在以次充好、质量低劣、“山寨品牌”，甚至有过期产品、变质食品等问题。
上海市纪委监委强调，要进一步压紧压实各区、街镇、村居和相关单位在保供物资采购、管理、发放各环节的主体责任，督促严格落实采购流程审批，严格审核供应商证照、产品许可、食品检验检疫证章，严格把关物资验收抽检，确保程序合规、质量过硬、群众满意。
推动市场监管部门、商务部门、农业监管部门等，加大对保供物资尤其是生鲜食品的价格、来源、贮运、分发等环节的监管，严防发生价格欺诈、市场垄断、食品安全等问题。
上海市纪委监委要求，一经发现问题，要坚持“从严从快”原则，依规依纪依法追究相关党员干部、公职人员的纪法责任，加大通报曝光力度，及时回应社会关切。
