本土新增“1818+12404”，上海延期举行普通高中学业水平等级性考试

4月26日0—24时，31个省（自治区、直辖市）和新疆生产建设兵团报告新增新冠肺炎本土确诊病例1818例（上海1606例，江西56例，吉林51例，北京31例，黑龙江25例，浙江16例，江苏8例，内蒙古7例，山东6例，河南3例，湖南2例，四川2例，河北1例，山西1例，安徽1例，福建1例，重庆1例），含1308例由无症状感染者转为确诊病例（上海1253例，吉林31例，浙江15例，江苏4例，山东3例，江西1例，四川1例）。

新增死亡病例48例，均为本土病例，在上海；无新增疑似病例。

新增无症状感染者12474例，其中境外输入70例，本土12404例（上海11956例，辽宁102例，吉林80例，江苏76例，山东66例，江西41例，浙江31例，河南14例，河北13例，安徽8例，黑龙江7例，北京3例，云南3例，湖北2例，广西2例）。

The Chinese mainland recorded 1,824 new confirmed COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, with 1,818 linked to local transmissions and six from overseas, according to data from the National Health Commission on Wednesday.

A total of 12,474 new asymptomatic cases were also recorded on Tuesday, and 225,249 asymptomatic patients remain under medical observation.

Confirmed cases on the Chinese mainland now total 207,081, with the death toll at 4,876.

27日上午，上海市召开第166场新冠肺炎疫情防控新闻发布会，介绍疫情防控最新情况。发布会上通报：

3月1日至4月26日，上海累计报告535600例新冠本土阳性感染者，其中44548例为确诊病例，491052例为无症状感染者。上海近5天来，每天配置近2万个核酸采样点、投入了10余万人次的采样队伍，累计筛查了5100余万人次，阳性检出率逐步下降。

4月26日，上海新增本土死亡病例48例。平均年龄80.85岁。48位患者合并患有严重的多脏器基础疾病，包括脑出血、脑梗后遗症、冠心病、心肌梗死、严重心功能不全、重度高血压、阿尔兹海默症、尿毒症、消化道出血、胰腺恶性肿瘤晚期等。其中1例曾接种过新冠肺炎病毒疫苗，其余均未接种新冠疫苗。死亡的直接原因均为基础疾病。

为进一步巩固扩大清零攻坚工作成效，尽早实现社会面基本清零，上海按照“统一指挥、分类施策、集中攻坚”的总体思路，对达到社会面基本清零的区实施“有限人员、有限区域、有限活动”；对未达到社会面基本清零的区，继续坚持采取“全域静态管理、全员检测筛查、全面流调排查、全民清洁消杀，全程查漏补缺”等综合防控措施。27日至30日，上海将采用“核酸+抗原”组合方式，分区开展筛查工作，并根据检测结果，动态调整“封控、管控和防范”三区范围。

鉴于上海市新冠肺炎疫情防控最新情况，为保障广大考生和涉考工作人员的健康安全，经研究决定，原定5月7-8日举行的2022年上海市普通高中学业水平等级性考试延期举行，具体考试时间及安排另行通知。

Shanghai has set rules for areas where COVID-19 has been eliminated as positive cases in the city continue to fall for five straight days.

The city will implement measures around the principles of "limited activities," "a limited number of people" and "limited areas" in places free of the virus, local officials said at Wednesday's press conference.

Strict measures such as rigorous COVID-19 testing and complete sanitization will be kept in place for Shanghai's other areas, they said.

Positive cases in the eastern Chinese city have fallen steadily since Friday last week, when the case count climbed back to over 200,000 after a brief dip. The authorities reported 1,106 symptomatic cases and 11,959 asymptomatic cases on Tuesday, taking the total number of positive cases to 535,600 since March.

According to the municipal health commission, the city registered 48 COVID-19-related deaths on Tuesday. The oldest among the deceased was 99 years old, and their average age was 80.85. All the 48 patients had underlying health conditions.

The 2022 Shanghai Regular high school academic proficiency test, originally scheduled for May 7-8, has been postponed to protect the health and safety of students and staff involved. The specific time and arrangement of the test will be further notified.

北京疫情防控工作发布会通报：4月26日16时至27日15时，北京新增46例本土新冠病毒感染者，其中确诊病例42例、无症状感染者4例。

发布会上通报，经市疾控中心评估，按照《北京市新冠肺炎疫情风险分级标准》，北京市即日起将房山区窦店镇于庄村由中风险地区升级为高风险地区，将朝阳区高碑店乡方家园社区、房山区窦店镇燕都世界名园社区由低风险地区升级为高风险地区，将朝阳区潘家园街道松榆西里社区、八里庄街道红庙北里社区、双井街道黄木厂社区、孙河乡康营家园三社区以及房山区窦店镇小高舍村由低风险地区升级为中风险地区。

自4月22日以来，北京市累计报告138例新冠肺炎病毒感染者。其中，在校学生及托幼儿童占31%。北京本轮疫情已涉及6所学校以及2所托幼机构，朝阳区一中学累计报告学生感染者36例，校内聚集性高，且部分学生活动轨迹涉及校外违规培训，人员复杂，增大了疫情传播的风险。今日通州区新增3例在校学生感染者，来自三所不同中学，房山区新增2例在校学生感染者，分别来自中学及托幼机构。

27日凌晨，北京市通州区教委发布通知，由于目前通州区部分学校出现新冠肺炎确诊病例，经区委、区政府同意，自今天起，区内各中小学、幼儿园、中等职业学校师生暂停到校上课。

Beijing has reported 46 new positive COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, including 42 confirmed and four asymptomatic cases, local authorities told a press conference on Wednesday. A total of 138 COVID-19 cases have been reported in Beijing since April 22. Among them, school students and children account for 31 percent.
