先声夺人｜旧金山市市长：搭建沟通桥梁 欢迎中国来客

亚太经合组织（APEC）第三十次领导人非正式会议在万众瞩目中拉开帷幕，中美领导人将在峰会期间举行会晤。CGTN主持人田薇专访旧金山市市长伦敦·布里德（London Breed）。作为旧金山的第45届市长，布里德是这座城市的首位非裔女市长。她表示：“旧金山是通往亚太地区的门户，一直以来都欢迎八方来客，期待搭建沟通桥梁。”布里德还在采访中特别提到了旧金山中国城的大红灯笼：“在APEC期间，这些灯笼更加闪亮！”

San Francisco has always prided itself as a place that welcomes people from around the world, says London Breed, the 45th Mayor of San Francisco and the first African-American woman elected to that position. As the upcoming meeting between the heads of state of China and the United States is eagerly anticipated during APEC, Breed highlights that San Francisco is the gateway to the Asia-Pacific. Much like its famed Golden Gate, the city looks forward to building bridges and a better relationship.
