Watch: Donald Trump's granddaughter speaking Chinese goes viral
A Trump-spawn speaks Mandarin, and everyone's losing their s**t
You're probably tired of all the polarising opinions on your Facebook feed about a Trump presidency, so here's a view that we can probably all agree on: Arabella Kushner, granddaughter of president-elect Donald Trump, does a pretty cute rendition of a famous Chinese poem.

For the uninitiated, this poem talks about how farmers work tirelessly in the hot afternoon sun, so that others can have their staples of rice on their plates.
The clip was originally uploaded on Ivanka's Instagram account on Feb 10, a day before the start of the Lunar Year of the Monkey. A user by the name of stAu79 posted, 'At least the video shows that Trump places importance on education and did not shut the door on foreign culture.'
This spirited display from the tiny Trump-ette is a bit of a volte-face on behalf of the president-elect's camp; in 2012, Republican politician and former ambassador to China Jon Huntsman was slagged off by Trump precisely for speaking Mandarin. Speaking to Fox News, Big Don assured China-phobic conservatives nationwide that 'I didn’t think the Mandarin thing worked at all. I thought it was ridiculous... frankly, I think Huntsman’s stance toward China is — it’s almost like he’s an Obama plant.'
I's yet to be seen whether this new-found Trumpian love of all things Middle Kingdom is going to be as enduring as the Great Wall, or as transient as the Orange One's plans to build a wall along the Mexican border and force the Mexicans to pay for it. But for now, we'll take his granddaughter's rendition of Chinese over Trump's attempt any day.
