特朗普你这是在跟中国玩火啊！看咱们外交部是如何强硬回应的

1月20日，是特朗普上台宣誓成为美国总统的日子。

对于这位不太按套路出牌的美国当选总统，世界各国都十分关注他上台后的各种动向和执政方针。

就在大家各种猜测满天飞时，特朗普前几天接受了美国《华尔街日报》(The Wall Street Journal) 长达一个小时的专访，直接大谈特谈了他对当今世界两大国——中国和俄罗斯的看法↓↓↓

“特朗普有可能转变对俄制裁和‘一个中国’原则的立场”

先不说俄罗斯，在关乎中国主权和领土完整的台湾问题上，特朗普这是又要搞事情吧……

特朗普究竟在采访中说了些啥？一起来看看~

据美国《华尔街日报》网站1月14日报道，特朗普13日在接受该报记者采访时说，这一长期政策（根据这一政策，美国同意在外交上不承认台湾）是悬而未决的。特朗普说，他不承诺奉行这一政策，除非看到北京在贸易和汇率等问题上取得进步。

He said he wouldn’t commit to America’s agreement with China that Taiwan wasn’t to be recognized diplomatically, a policy known as “One China,” until he saw what he considered progress from Beijing in its currency and trade practices.

当被问及他在台湾问题上是否支持“一个中国”政策，特朗普说：“一切都在谈判之列，包括一个中国政策。”

Asked if he supported the One China policy on Taiwan, Mr. Trump said: “Everything is under negotiation including One China.”

这番话听着，怎么这么似曾相识？

没错，这款套路相同的嘴炮在特朗普上个月的媒体采访中就已经出现过了↓↓↓ （回顾请戳）

而当时中国外交部迅速做出的回应也real霸气，在外交部的例行记者会上，外交部发言人耿爽回应说“坚持一个中国原则是发展中美关系的政治基础。如果这一基础受到干扰和破坏，中美关系健康稳定发展和两国重要领域合作就无从谈起”。

我们的回应已经相当明确，在“一个中国”这种原则性问题上，绝对不可能动摇。

而这一次，特朗普竟然又拿“一个中国”来说事，还想把这一中美关系的基石放到谈判桌上来谈判？！

外交部迅速强硬回应：没法谈！

在《华尔街日报》这篇特朗普专访文章发出后没多久，中国外交部网站上随即在14日晚间发布了一份声明。

在声明中，外交部新闻发言人陆慷以“答记者问”形式，回答了相关问题：

问：据媒体报道，美国当选总统近日接受记者采访时提及中美关系，表示包括一个中国政策在内的所有事项都在谈判之列。中方对此有何评论?

Q: According to media reports, the U.S. President-elect mentioned China-U.S. relations in an interview recently, saying that everything is under negotiation including the one-China policy. What is China's comment?

答：世界上只有一个中国，台湾是中国领土不可分割的一部分，中华人民共和国政府是代表中国的唯一合法政府。这是国际社会公认的事实，任何人都无法改变。

A: There is but one China in the world, and Taiwan is an inalienable part of China. The government of the People's Republic of China is the only legitimate government representing China. That is the fact acknowledged by the international community and no one can change.

一个中国原则是中美关系的政治基础，是不可谈判的。我们敦促美国有关方面认清台湾问题的高度敏感性，恪守美国两党历届政府作出的承诺，即奉行一个中国政策、遵守中美三个联合公报原则，妥善处理台湾问题，以免影响中美关系健康稳定发展和两国重要领域的合作。

The one-China principle, which is the political foundation of the China-U.S. relations, is non-negotiable. In order to avoid disruption to the sound and steady development of the China-U.S. relations and bilateral cooperation in key areas, we urge relevant parties in the U.S. to fully recognize the high sensitivity of the Taiwan question, approach Taiwan-related issues with prudence and honor the commitment made by all previous U.S. administrations of both parties on adhering to the one-China policy and the principles of the three joint communiqués.

一个non-negotiable（不可谈判），直截了当地道出了我们坚定的立场。

而外交部发言人华春莹也在今天的例行记者会上表示，一个中国原则是中国与世界任何国家发展关系的前提和政治基础。无论是谁或出于什么目的，如果试图破坏一个中国原则，或者幻想将此作为交易筹码，必将遭到中国政府和人民以及国际社会的坚决反对，最后只能是搬起石头砸自己的脚。

问：特朗普上周接受《华尔街日报》采访时称，一个中国政策可以谈判。中方是否就此事向特朗普过渡团队提出了交涉？

Q: Has the Chinese government lodged official protest or complaints with the Trump transition team over Mr. Trump's suggestion in an interview with the Wall Street Journal last week that the one-China policy is negotiable?

答：我的同事陆慷已在周六就此作出了回应，阐明了中方在这个问题上的明确和坚定立场。世界上只有一个中国，台湾是中国领土不可分割的一部分， 中华人民共和国政府是代表中国的唯一合法政府。这是国际社会公认的事实，任何人都无法改变。

A: My colleague Lu Kang has already responded to this on Saturday, expounding China's clear and firm position on the question. There is but one China in the world, and Taiwan is an inalienable part of China. The government of the People's Republic of China is the only legitimate government representing China. That is the fact acknowledged by the international community and no one can change.

而国内媒体也对特朗普的这一妄言也做出了强硬回应。

《中国日报》表示，特朗普这是在台湾问题上玩火。

文章先是回顾了特朗普在台湾问题上的三次“黑历史”，包括“川菜通话”以及两次采访中将“一个中国”政策作为和中方谈判的筹码。

事不过三，特朗普在“台湾问题”上三次出言不逊，表明了他居心叵测。

When it comes to tolerance, it is our tradition to display a big heart. That is why one can normally get away with making the same mistake twice, as one will be given the benefit of the doubt.

But one will seldom be given the benefit of the doubt twice, because doing the same wrong for a third time shows intent.

在西方，法庭假如没有充分证据证实被告有罪，那么为免制造冤狱，实行宁纵毋枉，会判定被告无罪，这叫做give sb the benefit of the doubt，直译是“既有疑点，利归某人（被告）”。现在，这句法律用语往往可以引用到其他场合，意思是“姑且相信某人”。

对于中美而言，台湾问题就像是有着巨大危害的“潘多拉魔盒”，一旦强行打开它，将会颠覆现今中美关系来之不易的基石。

Taiwan has been off limits in China-US diplomacy thanks to the understanding that it is a Pandora's box of lethal potential, and that opening it may upend the hard-earned, firmly held fundamentals governing the relationship.

如果特朗普想要以此作为总统任期的开场白，那么一段激烈的、充满破坏性的交锋将无可避免。北京除了强硬起来别无选择。

If Trump is determined to use this gambit on taking office, a period of fierce, damaging interactions will be unavoidable, as Beijing will have no choice but to take off the gloves.

上文中的take off the gloves 表示 “强硬起来”，另一种说法是The gloves are off， 意为“认真起来，强硬起来”。

“特朗普的外行和自视英明令人吃惊”

如果说我们最初只是气愤的话，那么如今我们对这位美国候任新领导人产生了几分“忍不住想笑”的感觉。也许是美国选民把从未从政过的他“提拔得太猛了”，他所说的外行话和他所表现出来的自己很内行、一下子抓到问题实质的自信都令人吃惊。

In the past, Trump infuriated us, but now we find him risible. With a skyrocketing ascent in his political life, he has been stunningly confident in his ostensible knowledge of the job, though he speaks like a rookie.

特朗普的“美国优先论”有点像要把其他国家的一点薄利也吞光、舔光。如果特朗普按照外行的逻辑和超级傲慢来推动他的对外政策，那么不仅中国会奋起捍卫自己的利益，世界上很多国家和地区都会采取行动，世界将因此而走向混乱。

Calling for "America first," Trump seemingly intends to eat up whatever interests other countries have in hand. If he implements his foreign policy with amateurish logic and excessive conceit, China and other countries would have to stand up against the US to defend their interests. The world will then be in chaos.

至于台湾问题，特朗普有可能搞出一些动作，损害一中原则。但北京报复的力度一定不会让他和他的团队“失望”。围绕一中的斗争会促使中国大陆加快统一台湾的实质进程，我们会打得“台独”这只美国的走狗惶惶不可终日，直到台湾社会全都相信华盛顿在害他们。特朗普援台就是拿台湾来交换自己执政的短线利益。可怜的台湾很可能会成为牺牲品。

Over Taiwan, Trump may make some moves to impair the one-China principle, but he will meet strong countermeasures. The Chinese mainland will be prompted to speed up Taiwan reunification and mercilessly combat those who advocate Taiwan's independence. Eventually, Taiwan people will understand Washington is not working for them. Trump endorsed Taiwan in exchange for his administration's short-term interests. Taiwan may be sacrificed as a result of this despicable strategy.

而围观的一众外媒也纷纷表示，特朗普这把真的玩脱了……

“一个中国”是中美关系最根本的基石，并不是“商人思维”的特朗普想谈就能谈的，离开这一根本，一切都无从谈起。

还有三天特朗普就要上任了，希望他能赶快弄清这一问题，别一而再，再而三地玩火了……
