痛心！警方通报淳安失联女童死因，解答六大疑问
杭州失联9岁女童章子欣的安危，连日来一直牵动着社会各方的关注。经过连日的不断搜寻，周末还是传来了噩耗。
7月13日下午，浙江象山方面发布通报称，疑似杭州失联女童章子欣的遗体已被发现。当晚21时30分，象山警方发布通报表示，经技术鉴定，确定女孩遗体正是失联的章子欣。
The body of the girl, Zhang Zixin, was found on Saturday in the sea off Xiangshan county, Zhejiang province, 30 kilometers from where she had last been seen alive. An autopsy found she drowned, and there were no obvious injuries on her body.
事件回顾：
2019年7月8日10时许，淳安县公安局青溪派出所接到群众报案，称孩子从家中被两名租客带走，下落不明。接报后，淳安公安立即调集派出所、刑侦、网警、情报等部门精干警力联合开展立案侦查，专案组连夜赶往宁波开展调查。
经调查，被带走孩子名叫章子欣，女，9周岁，淳安县千岛湖镇青溪村人。7月4日早上，家中租客梁某华、谢某芳谎称带孩子赴上海喝喜酒，将章子欣从家中带走。7月7日未按约定带回孩子，之后失去联络。7月8日凌晨，梁某华、谢某芳在宁波某地自杀身亡。

The search has intensified for a 9-year-old girl from Zhejiang province whose mysterious disappearance almost a week ago has grabbed hearts and headlines across the country.
Zhang Zixin lived with her paternal grandparents in Chun'an, the rural part of the province's capital, Hangzhou. She was taken from her home on July 4 by a couple who had rented a room in her grandparents' house for less than two weeks.
The couple told the grandfather that they wanted to borrow the child as "a flower girl for a friend's wedding in Shanghai" and promised to bring her back afterwards.
The family lost contact with the girl on the afternoon of July 7.
On the morning of the next day, the bodies of the couple, both aged in their 40s and from Guangdong province, were found in a lake a one-hour drive from the spot the last image of the girl was recorded at. Local police said it's likely that the couple committed suicide by drowning.

杭州女童章子欣在象山失联后，各级政府高度重视，组织公安、渔政、爵溪街道等相关部门及民间救援队等500余人，连日不断在失联周边及附近海域进行拉网式搜寻。
女孩最后一次与两名嫌疑人同时被监控拍到，是7月7日在松兰山海滩附近。

据《新京报》报道，两名嫌疑人3小时后被拍到搭乘出租车离开，并没有带着女孩。出租车司机回忆，在一个小时的车程中两人没有交谈。
The couple were spotted by a camera three hours later in a taxi without the girl. The taxi driver recalled hearing no conversation between the couple over the hour-long ride, according to Beijing News.
从上周一在章子欣最后一次被发现的地带进行搜索未果后，搜索范围延伸到附近海域。
Land searches since last Monday around the area Zhang Zixin was last seen at have found no trace of the girl and efforts have shifted mainly to the sea.
据上周四象山县有关部门发出的公告显示，搜索人力从300人增加至500人，其中包括警力，渔民和当地居民。搜索海域也从3.7公里扩展到37公里，动用了无人机，搜救犬和快艇。
A statement issued on last Thursday evening by authorities in the province's Xiangshan county, said the search force had increased from 300 to 500 people, including police, fishermen and local residents.
The search area has expanded from 3.7 kilometers to 37 km with the help of drones, rescue dogs and speedboats.
章子欣的奶奶介绍说，两名租客在看到孙女子欣前，曾在她家水果店附近住了两周的旅馆，6月底才来找她租房。在讲好每月500元的房租后，他们还取消了离开的航班。
Zhang Zixin's grandmother said that the couple had been living in a motel next to her fruit store for two weeks before asking to rent a room. The offer was made in late June, soon after the couple saw the girl. The couple canceled their flights to leave after the grandparents agreed to the rental of 500 yuan ($73) per month, the grandmother said.
由于父母已经分开并在外工作，章子欣常年与爷爷奶奶同住。章子欣被带走后，其父亲曾多次与租客联系，直到7月7日没有再收到孩子的视频和照片，次日报警。
The girl had been living with her grandparents for years after her parents separated and each left to work in bigger cities.
The girl's father was in close contact with the couple as they took his daughter on the road, receiving videos and photos every day till July 7. He called the police on July 8.
14日晚， 浙江公安就该案调查情况发布通报：
The couple suspected in the disappearance of a 9-year-old girl whose body was found over the weekend were longtime swindlers and transients who had run out of money and decided they no longer wanted to live, according to Zhejiang provincial police, who issued a statement late on Sunday.
"A preliminary investigation found the pair had, for some time, considered the idea of committing suicide, and had the motive and intention of seeking death along with the girl," a spokesman said.
14日，淳安失踪女童案专案组负责人就社会关注的一些问题作了解答。
一、此案是否涉及拐骗拐卖？
答：根据现有证据，该案基本排除拐骗拐卖，主要依据是：一方面，梁某华、谢某芳二人在千岛湖骗出章子欣时使用真实姓名，与拐卖拐骗儿童犯罪特征不符；另一方面，经溯源两人的活动轨迹和通联情况，梁、谢二人带走章子欣后，与外界联络简单，未发现有联系上下家情况。
二、梁、谢二人的行为是否与网上盛传民间宗教有关系？
答：经调查，未发现梁、谢二人有参与非法宗教组织等情形。
三、梁、谢二人为什么自杀？
答：根据调查，近半年以来，梁、谢二人表现出了比较强烈的轻生厌世倾向。两人诈骗行为持续多年，继续实施诈骗维持日常开销的状况已越来越难以为继，自杀前其银行卡余额加现金仅剩31.7元。仅今年4月以来，两人在全国十多个省市各大景点游玩，其携带的箱包、衣物或送人或丢弃，随身行李越来越少。综合情况表明，两人离世想法产生已久。
四、警方如何判断女童不是失足落水？
答：根据调查，一是章子欣失踪地点地处偏远、道路难走，且无灯光，仅凭章子欣个人难以到达。另外，当晚有目击者看到梁某华背着章子欣出现在失踪地点附近，推断当时章子欣已相当疲倦，可能处于睡眠状态。二是章子欣失踪后，梁、谢二人未向公安机关报警求助，有悖于失足落水的情形。三是根据现场视频监控分析，梁、谢二人离开时已无章子欣随身携带的日常用品，且在后续现场搜寻中也未发现，初步推断章子欣遇害后，梁、谢二人还处理了章子欣的日常用品。
五、根据目前调查，警方能否推断两人杀害女童的动机？
答：经前期调查，2005年以来，梁、谢相识并长期同居后，一直没有结婚，也没有生儿育女。两人认识章子欣后，多次表露出喜欢并有将其认作干女儿的想法，如接章子欣放学，送章子欣拼图玩具。7月4日两人骗出章子欣后，对其生活照顾格外体贴周到，梁某华曾在微信朋友圈中“晒”章子欣的照片，还称“我认了一个干女儿”。种种迹象反映出两人有携章子欣一起自杀的动机。
六、对该起案件，公安机关下步还有什么打算？
答：公安机关将按照专案侦查的要求，进一步深入调查，不放过任何与案件相关的蛛丝马迹。同时也呼吁全社会关注、加强少年儿童的安全防范教育，避免类似悲剧再次发生。
