New Cocktail Menu Launch @JZ Club
We’ve been waiting long enough to tell you about this, but here it is: the JZ Club Cocktail Menu is finally here! They're done with all that soft opening stuff, and ready to bring their jazzy A-game.
THE SIGNATURE COCKTAILS
Agent name: South Tropical
Special spy skill: Evan Williams Bourbon Whiskey, Rooibos Tea Syrup, Dashes Cacao Bitters, Dashes Angoustra.
Agent name: Jazz Lady
Special spy skill: Beefeater, Vokda Peach Liqueur, Flower Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Juniper Bitters.

THE DRINK MENU
If cocktails aren’t your tipple they also serve a wide range of Scotch whiskies, Irish whiskies, Burbon, Gin and plenty move. They also serve snacks such as Salted Shrimp (RMB 60), Cold cut platter (RMB220), Spring Rolls (RMB50) and Chicken Wings (RMB60).
THE BARTENDER
Nick Wu is a Taiwanese bartender who achieved the best score in the China World Class (the cocktail industry’s equivalent to the Oscars). In 2016 he won the two challenges at the Global World Class, namely the speed challenge for the American classic cocktail and the aperitif and digestif serving round, finishing in 3rd place over all on aggregate scores. Since then, Nick has established a reputation for amazing speed and precise technique without compromising flavor, making him highly sought after in the bar industry. He is now the consultant to JZ Club Shanghai.
ABOUT JZ CLUB
Launched in 2004, JZ Club has become the quintessential jazz club in Shanghai, and probably in China. 365 days a year, JZ house bands present you with everything from Classical Standards, buoyant Swing, to refreshing female vocals and modern Jazz Rock.
