[TRAFFIC CHANGES] New Road Regulations Hit Nanjing East Road

According to News office of Huangpu District, a road improvement project along Nanjing East Road began yesterday and will last for 57 days. There will be some lanes closed around the area and some alterations to bus line schedules. Here are all the details..

ROAD REGULATIONS

1.Along Henan Road to Jiangxi Road & Sichuan Road to Zhongshang Road

A single lane will be closed off to motor vehicles on the east-west side.

2.Along Jiangxi Road to Sichuan Road

All motor vehicles are banned except for special service vehicles. 

3. At the end of both Jiangxi Road and Sichuan Road (including the Huiluo Mall Building)

Pipe construction will close the road during the night time, so all vehicles are allowed on the road during the day.

BUS LINE 37 AND LINE 330 ADAPTIONS

Bus Line 31 & Line 330: All bus stations along Nanjing East Road at the South side (original route: Henan Road to Jiangxi Road) have been moved to the South side of Jiujiang Road. (New route: Sichuan Road to Jiangxi Road). Here are details of new routes below.

1. Along Henan South Road (South-North side), turning right to Jiujiang Road

2. Along Jiujiang South Road (West-East side), turning left to Sichuan Road

3. Along Sichuan Road (South-North side), turning right to Nanjing East Road

4. Along Nanjing East Road (West-East side), turning left to Zhongshang East Road

5. Original Stations along the Henan Road to Jiangxi Road at the South side will be moved to the East side of Henan Road.
