Wonderland Launches its 'Bar Bites' Menu
Our journey to Wonderland this time round has led us to discovering their brand new food menu curated by Head Chef Thijs Oomens, every ingredient in the Wonderland menu is handpicked and carefully selected every morning by the chef to ensure flavorsome freshness in every dish. We had the utmost pleasure to savor these 6 dishes and will break them down to tell you how amazing each one is.
WONDERLAND SHRIMP SANDWICH
Wonderland Shrimp sandwich, RMB60
Just like the name itself, the Wonderland Shrimp Sandwich creates a whole new wonderland in your mouth by layering generous amounts of fresh Norwegian shrimp and tactfully garnished with crisp cucumber and tomato. Every bite into this sandwich brings a light refreshing taste, and surprises your palette with a tinge of arugula spice on the finishing note.
CHEESE & CHARCUTERIE PLATTER
Cheese & Charcuterie platter, RMB120
A dish fit for the queen of hearts, the Cheese & Charcuterie Platter is a sumptuous selection of cheeses and deli meats accompanied with crispy baguette and crackers. A perfect pub-bite snack to go with your sweet cocktail, the cheese and meats offered are also a moving selection whereby chef Oomens will switch around the types of cheese every month to excite your appetite and let your imagination run wild.

A sinful vegetarian snack, the Fried Mushrooms is a savory guilty pleasure one will fail to resist especially when it’s married with an insatiable side of beetroot puree on a bed of rocket leaves. The moment you sink your teeth into these button mushrooms, it unleashes an empowering richness of garlic butter into your mouth. The mild sweetness of beetroot lends itself beautifully to cleanse your palette and tempts you to repeat the sinful cycle again.
LAMB MEATBALLS

An all-time favorite dessert, the chocolate fondant is a sweet finale that never fails to impress. The sourness of the strawberry is perfect to go with the ice cream or the fondant as it neutralizes the rich sweetness of the two. With the warm chocolate center oozing out of the fondant, along with the beautifully scattered strawberries surrounding the large scoop of pink ice cream.
