The New Papito is Finally Open!
Papito Pancakes has opened at a new location! Some people call them crepes, while others call them pancakes. The Serbian owner was homesick for these easy-to-make (and easier-to-eat) style of spongey wrap pancakes, so he decided to quit his job as an engineer and sell a taste of his home, to the people of Shanghai.

This fast ’n casual restaurant is located in on the first floor of an open space in Jing’an. There are 3 to 4 other places around including a hair salon on one side and a gym on the other. Perfect place to grab a bite to eat and then get back on your ofo.
Owner behind Papito
The owner tells us:
“I was an engineer for 5 years and everything was going well, but I wanted to do something different. With my girlfriend’s advice, I started selling pancakes at pop-up markets. From that, I started gaining fans”
They have deep sentimental value to him as he's loved them ever since he was a kid.
Ham and Cheese RMB40, so gooey!
