Using a mix of concrete and soil, this new landmark will integrate both working space and the outdoors and, following completion, will have tourist, entertainment, shopping and other such elements for everyone to uncover. Look familiar? That's because it's pretty similar in style to the ancient wonder that was the Hanging Gardens of Babylon.
