Charbon by Paul Pairet
Charbon is newly created by Paul Pairet, the chef-founder of the Michelin three-star restaurant Ultraviolet. It mainly features open-fire charcoal grilling and homemade sundae.

Meet the Bund
Meet the Bund is the first high-end Hokkien restaurant on the Michelin list for three consecutive years. Founder Wu Rong and Chef Chen Zhiping follow traditional Hokkien cooking methods and explore the infinite possibilities of Hokkien cuisine.
