钱奕律师，国浩律师事务所国际发展与涉外业务总顾问，明尼苏达大学法学博士，华东政法大学法学硕士，复旦大学法学学士，曾担任中华全国律师协会国际业务委员会主任、环太平洋律师协会（IPBA）国际贸易委员会主席、IPBA项目协调委员会主任（系被推选为IPBA委员会主席和核心管理层的第一位中国大陆律师）。2022年加入国浩前曾担任中国元达律师事务所创始合伙人及元达-温斯顿战略联盟共同创始人、美国鲍波·黑格律师事务所亚太和中国业务部门负责人等职务。钱奕律师将法律经验与其在两家全球《财富》500强担任法总的实操相结合，而为业界公认为中国领先公司律师，曾多次荣登《钱伯斯》《亚洲法律杂志》“亚洲杰出商业律师”“中国律师三十强”“亚太地区百强律师”等榜单。

钱奕律师执业范围包括公司业务、兼并与收购、金融、私募基金和风险投资、私人客户服务等,曾先后担任了百事中国投资有限公司副总经理和法律主管、飞利浦电子集团亚洲高级法律顾问、并在一家集团公司担任董事，参与了百个投资项目的讨论决策，谙熟跨国公司高度专业的行事风格和严谨的管理制度。为众多国际公司处理中国投资事宜的同时，钱奕律师还为中国企业和高净值客户的境外投资提供法律服务，开创了中国和海外风险投资基金共同运作，将多家被投资公司在中国和海外安排退出机制的首创模式。此外，钱奕律师担任中国贸促会仲裁员多年，在涉外仲裁方面有丰富的经验和驾驭能力。

钱奕律师还担任中国法学会律师法学研究会常务理事，全球收购兼并领袖论坛中国代表，上海市创业投资行业协会理事等社会职务。钱律师是美国律师协会、明尼苏达州律师协会成员。

Mr. Qian received his Juris Doctor from University of Minnesota, his Master of Laws from East China University of Political Science and Law, and his Bachelor of Laws from Fudan University. He served as the Vice President of the Foreign Affairs & WTO Committee of the All China Lawyers Association (ACLA) for a decade, and has been Chairman of the International Law Committee of the ACLA, Chairman of the International Trade Committee of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) —the first lawyer from China’s mainland so elected — and the Project Coordinator of IPBA.

Before joining Grandall, Mr. Qian was a founding partner of Yuanda China Law Offices and co-founder of YuandaWinston Alliance, and head of the Asia Pacific and China Practice Group at a leading U.S. law firm. Having combined his legal skills and in-house experience at two Fortune Global 500 companies, Mr. Qian is widely recognized as a leading corporate lawyer in China. He has been recognized as one of Asia’s Leading Business Lawyers by Chambers, one of Top 30 Chinese Lawyers, and one of the Asia-Pacific’s Top 100 Lawyers by Asian Legal Business.

Mr. Qian’s practice focuses on corporate matters, M&A, finance, private equity and venture capital, and private client services. As Deputy General Manager and Legal Counsel of PepsiCo Investment China Co., Ltd., Senior Legal Counsel of Philips Electronics in Asia, and a director of the board in a group company, Mr. Qian has participated in decision-making of hundreds of investment projects. He is highly accustomed to the highly professional work style and strict management system of multinational firms.

In conjunction with his corporate work, Mr. Qian has advised Chinese companies and High-Net-Worth Individuals investing in foreign countries. While advising Chinese and overseas venture capital and private equity funds, he pioneered new vehicles for Sino-foreign cooperation, and arranged exit mechanisms for portfolios in China and overseas capital markets.

In addition, Mr. Qian has served as Standing Board Member of the China Law Society Lawyers Practice Committee，Board Member of Shanghai Venture Capital Association and the PRC representative of the Global Leaders Forum of Merger and Acquisition. He has been admitted to American Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association.

Since joining Grandall, Mr. Qian has advised Chinese-listed companies in issuing Global Depository Receipts in European capital markets. He helps private clients diversify investments and explore investment pathways. Mr. Qian also has led significant marketing and thought leadership efforts at Grandall. He has convened a series of seminars on compliance and risk-control for Chinese companies seeking to go public in overseas capital markets. In December he organized a major conference on Chinese-European economic collaboration and legal support services. Mr. Qian's presence significantly boosts Grandall's international business development.
