THE SLIPPERY SLIPPERS

并不是什么“滑滑的拖鞋”

而是一支来自比利时的融合Funk&Soul乐队！

2018年成立于布鲁塞尔，他们擅长将复古的音乐与现代元素相融合，带来令人耳目一新的感觉。Steely Dan、Vulfpeck、Brand New Heavies、Incognito、Chic、Jamiroquai等人是他们的灵感来源。

目前已发行3首单曲：“Samba Passionée”、“Palm Horizon”以及“Summer Heat”，接下来计划发布首张专辑。

他们的音乐中不仅有动人的人声演唱，也经常会邀请管乐等不同的音乐元素加入，第一首单曲里的管乐就来自于Earth Wind & Fire的管乐组！

TOBIAS LE COMPTE-高悦

键盘&吉他手

The Slippery Slippers 队长。出生于一个音乐之家，从小就接受专业的音乐训练，3岁开始弹钢琴、7岁学习吉他、8岁开始学习打击乐。毕业于比利时MUDA音乐学校、布鲁塞尔皇家音乐学院及上海音乐学院。2009年起，他开始参与众多国内外著名艺人的录音和巡回演出。如庾澄庆、阿妹、杨坤、费玉清、Boogie Boy、James & Black、Marutyri等。曾经也是电视节目御用鼓手和吉他手，如：中国好声音，我爱好声音，我最响亮，我心唱响等。目前是SweeT乐队、Keyabias与The Slippery Slippers乐队队长。

BENNY LUST / 贝斯手

The Slippery Slippers 的贝斯手。比利时人，毕业于比利时安特卫普Jazz Studio音乐学院。14岁学习打鼓，之后开始学习电贝斯。擅长的音乐风格主要是爵士、灵魂乐及流行等。与许多不同风格的音乐人与乐队有过合作。目前除The Slippery Slippers之外，也是乐队Va à La Plage、Monday Penny 和 Finger Lick 的贝斯手。

Sherry - 谢文静 / 主唱

The Slippery Slippers 的主唱。从小学习音乐，6岁加入上海少儿合唱团。曾从师上海歌唱家刘文炳专业学习声乐5年。"中国好声音"、"我爱好声音"的领唱和伴唱。曾为黄小琥、品冠、庾澄庆、阿妹等著名歌手伴唱。也是乐队SweeT的主唱及贝斯手。

Mambo / 鼓手

鼓手兼歌手Mambo于1994年出生于非洲东部的火山岛国——毛里求斯。拥有10余年的专业演出经验，曾在多个国家的音乐节、电视节目中演出，其广泛的演奏经验源于他是一位多才多艺的鼓手，掌握Pop、Rock、Blues、reggae、Soul、R&B、jazz、Fusion、Latin等多种风格。他曾是顶级融合大师Jeff Lorber的巡回鼓手，他的才华和实力也得到了Jeff Lorber和Jimmy Haslip的认可。

Tobias 

Tobias started music on a very young age. As he was surrounded by a musical family. At the age of 3 he started learning the piano from his mother who is a professional piano player. By the age of 7 he already had picked up the acoustic guitar, after which he switched to electric. He studied classical percussion from the age of 8 and also majored this subject in Conservatory. He went to MUDA Institute in Gent, Brussels Royal Conservatory and Shanghai Conservatory of music. Since 2009 he has played and toured with a long list of international and Asian artists, such as: Halin、Wang Feng、A-Mei、Yang Kun、Boogie Boy、James & Black、Marutyri、etc. He was also the main drummer/guitarist for TV shows such as: The Voice of China、Sing my Song etc. He currently is the band leader/band member of SweeT、Keyabias & The Slippery Slippers.

Ben Vrelust

Benoit Vrelust a.k.a. Benny Lust was born in 1980. He got the “musical virus” from his father at a young age. Jazz、soul and pop are his main backgrounds. He started playing the drums and at the age of 14, he changed over to the electric bass. He graduated from Jazz Studio in Antwerp, Belgium. His first band was Fusion band Kroepoek (later Sismo) and since he has played with many bands/artists  in many genres (soul、funk、hip-hop、raggae etc.) He is currently bass player in Va à La Plage、Monday Penny、Finger Lick and now with his mate Tobias Le Compte in the new Brussels’fusion sensation:“The Slippery Slippers”.

Sherry - 谢文静

The singer of The Slippery Slippers. She studied music at an early age and joined the Shanghai Children's Choir at the age of 6. She had studied vocal music for 5 years from the Shanghai singer Liu Wenbing. Leading singer and accompaniment of "The Voice of China"、"Sing my Song". She has sang for famous singers such as Huang Xiaohu、Pinguan、Yu Chengqing and Amei. She is also the lead singer and bassist of the band SweeT.

Mambo

Drummer and vocalist Mambo was born on the 6 may 1994 in Mauritius island . With 10 years of professional experience. Mambo has performed in several countries at music festivals, made television appearances, has been a resident musician at several five star hotels and resorts. His extensive performance history is due to him being an incredibly versatile Drummer with Pop、Rock、Blues、reggae、Soul、R&B、jazz、Fusion&Latin. He is not only an excellent accompanist but also an energetic soloist and live performer. He used to be the touring drummer of the top fusion master Jeff Lorber. His talent and strength also recognized by Jeff Lorber and Jimmy Haslip.
