This is the Young Volunteers Association of University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC). In the name of student volunteers at UNNC, with the great support of University of Nottingham Ningbo China and Ningbo Shanyuan Public Welfare Foundation, we are here launching the fund-raising activities for all the staff and students, alumni and community of caring people.
In order to simplify the information, we will introduce in the most concise way.

捐赠细节
1. 我们将着重面向全体宁诺师生及校友进行款项募捐，所有善款暂存至属于宁波善园的公募基金账户中（国内具有公开募捐资格的公益慈善组织）。
2. 我们向全体宁诺师生征集春节期间可以为重疫情区供货的防护用具厂家和供货商信息，包括：
N95口罩（符合或高于 GB 19083-2010 标准）
医用外科口罩 （符合或高于 YY 0469-2011标准）
防污染鞋套
医用一次性防护服 （符合或高于GB19082-2003 标准）
护目镜/防护眼镜
医用帽子
医用一次性鞋套
Details of donation
1. We will focus on fundraising from all UNNC staff, students and alumni. All the funds will be temporarily deposited into the public fund account belonging to Ningbo Shanyuan (legal and non-private).
2. We need information from all UNNC staff and students on protective equipment manufacturers and suppliers that can supply to the severely affected areas during the Spring Festival. Including:
N95 mask (in accordance with or higher than GB 19083-2010)
Medical Surgical Mask (Meet or exceed YY 0469-2011 standard)
Anti-pollution shoe cover
Medical disposable protective clothing (meet or exceed GB19082-2003 standard)
Goggles / eye protection
Medical hat
Medical disposable shoe cover
款项用途
1. 如果在春节假期间寻觅到合适的厂家可以缓解目前武汉及周边城市的医疗防护资源短缺，我们和善园将利用善款向厂家购买并通过快递的绿色通道，将物品直接寄送到受赠医院。目前十大快递绿色通道正面向公益组织、医疗组织等组织机构开放。
2. 若春节假日期间未找到合适货源，我们和善园将统一在淘宝合规店家下单至受赠医院，节后由店家发货或使用快递绿色通道。
3. 此后若有盈余，善款将由善园直接捐赠予武汉市慈善总会或其他受公众监督的受捐平台。
Purpose of fund
1. If finding suitable manufacturers during the Spring Festival so as to alleviate the current shortage of medical protection resources in Wuhan and surrounding cities, Shanyuan and us will use the fund to purchase and send items directly to the recipient hospitals through the green channel of express delivery. At present, 10 express green channels are open to charity, medical and other organizations.
2. If no suitable source of goods is found during the Spring Festival, Shanyuan and us will place orders at the compliant stores on Taobao to the beneficiary hospital. After the holiday, the store will deliver the goods or use the express green channels.
3. If there is a surplus thereafter, the raised fund will be directly donated by Shanyuan to Wuhna Charity Federation.
具体情况
1. 昨日下午，我们已经收集和整理了武汉市内及武汉周边城市医院（尤其是武汉周边城市医院）具体物资需求与联系方式并总成表格，一旦寻找到合适货源便可迅速发起捐赠以求解春节假日期间燃眉之急。

2. 我们联系过的许多厂家大多数都在2月1日恢复生产，不排除提前开始恢复生产的可能，我们也将保持密切关注。
Other information
1. This afternoon, we have collected and sorted out the needs for specific material and contact information of Wuhan and hospitals in its surrounding cities (especially the latter) into a spreadsheet. Once we find a suitable source, we can quickly initiate a donation to resolve the urgent demand during the holiday.
2. Most of the manufacturers we contacted resumed production on 1st February. They do not rule out the possibility of resuming production in advance. We will keep close contacts with them.

最后，这件事的起点只是因为我们个人除了零散的捐款无法购买到物资直接支援医院，而各个医院相对资金更缺乏的是直接的防护资源支援。
从开始集中寻找可用物资开始，我们的志愿者们在无数短缺的坏消息与热烈假日的气氛中辗转。
庚子鼠年的春节，我们举国同庆，更与国同忧。
所有款项收入支出全程公开透明

Last but not least, the rationale of this initiative is simply that we personally cannot purchase materials to directly support the hospitals except for individual donations, and the current shortage for each hospital is direct support of protection resources.
Starting from finding available supplies, our volunteers viewed countless news of great shortages in this contrasting atmosphere of holiday.
We celebrate the Spring New Year of Gengzi Rat but more importantly share our concerns with our fellows in the country.
Little dust-like snowflakes will fall, the cold winter will pass, and the spring day will surely come.
All payments and expenditures are open and transparent throughout the process.
