The Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen is looking for Customer Relations Manager / English Teacher who is responsible for assisting to monitor the culture standard and core standard delivery.

Responsibilities
•Assist to monitor the culture standard and core standard delivery.
•Responsible for role plays of all front line staff and provide the prompt feedback to both staff and DHs, an assessment form should be filled out
•Follow up the pronunciation of difficult guest names from the arrival report, grammar correction on both glitches, shift logs, business writing to reply a guest request
•Prepare a topic of week based on the core standards to define the focus of that particular week related to Guest Engagement
•Come up with a plan to improve how to greet the guest in a genuine manner with S.E.R.V.I.C.E standards
•Come up with a plan how to do satisfaction check in a proper and professional way
•Come up with a plan how to approach/engage with guest by the time we are sensitive to their mood, situation, time and privacy

•Strong Communication skills.
•Strong Customer Service with excellent results.
•Detail-oriented.
•Service passion.
•Must be service oriented and be able to maintain Four Seasons standard hospitality at all times
