Baker Tang is from Taiwan, traveling through world, and presenting mixed cultural experience to you. Every bread in Baker Tang has its own story and connection, connecting to precious memory in life. Baker Tang was started in 2015 in Shenzhen, catching up with this fast growing city in China, currently with 2 shops in Futian area.


Food safety, Quality assurance, and Customers’ satisfaction are in the top of our production requirements. Our knowledge and training are from American Institute of Baking, Manhattan, Kansas, the world leading Baking Science & Technology centre. We provide artisan breads, pastries, coffees, and B2B for expat restaurants in burger buns, slider buns, hotdog buns, baguettes, panini, pita bread, and etc.


Strict sanitation plan, employee training, and regular customer surveillance are in place with higher standards.


Baker Tang has various local & expat fans to support our growth. Word of mouth has been spread via WeChat moments, local community, or our connections with restaurant network.
