A GR Coordinator works strictly with the GR Manager focusing on supporting the company needs from a resources point of view, facilitating the communication with the linguists, helping to solve possible linguistic and financial issues, broadening the resource base while cooperating with other functional departments to address the Team’s as well as CSOFT's overall goals. In order to better accomplish the above mentioned tasks, the GR Coordinator is responsible for any task he/she is assigned to at the best of his/her abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:
Support project teams with providing quality language resources as needed.


Support and work with GR Managers to schedule and position resources and plan for future capacity needs.


Interface with resources and be the escalation point for problems.


Support GR Managers with issues that affect more than one single site, if necessary.


Handle within the team any CV editing, general non-technical trainings or tasks that would take the GR members away from their main focus.


Handle the consolidation and clean-up of resources in the Database.


Effective information collection & sharing and accurate archiving


Handle any sourcing request according to the instructions received by the GR Manager or Project Managers (Translation, Interpretation requests, etc.).


Work on QA checks to monitor and better train resources making use of QA tools and CAT Tools.


Produce weekly report or notes to discuss with the team in terms of quality trends of resources under monitoring.

Qualifications and Skills:
Equivalent of Bachelor's degree in language, technology, translation or other related fields.


2 years overall experience working on with resources or projects, with a minimum of 1-year experience in the translation and/or localization industry.


Excellent English skills, both oral and written.


Knowledge or proficiency in other foreign languages is preferred.


Good command of Outlook, PPT, Excel, Trados 2007, Studio and/or Xbench.
