RACE CATEGORIES 比賽分組
You have the option of selecting between two race categories. In order to avoid congestion and waiting participants will be divided into a maximum of 200 people per heat.

報名參加香港斯巴達障礙賽時，一共分為2組，你可以選擇精英組或公開組比賽。每個時段將會容納200位參加者，以避免比賽期間出現擁擠和等候。

ELITE 精英組
The Elite section is comprised of athletes competing to win prize money, test themselves against the very best, attract potential sponsors, and rise to the top of the Spartan Race Point Series.
精英組雲集各方健將競逐獎金，參加者可以互相挑戰極限、令你有可能得到資助者的青睞、並登上斯巴達排名榜的頂點。

OPEN 公開組
The Open race welcomes weekend warriors, novice athletes, first-name racers, and all others. It offers the same opportunity as the Elite category to enable Spartans to get out of their comfort zone and experience the amazing rush of adrenaline as they smash through the finish line.

公開組歡迎所有運動愛好者、運動新手、首次參加者，以及所有人。公開組和精英組一樣，可以讓各位斯巴達勇士挑戰自己、體驗排除萬難通往終點的刺激快感。

TRAINING 訓練
The Spartan Movement is more than a race; it is a way of life. All participants will be offered training workshops and given nutrition tips leading up to the event in order to prepare them to be their best possible selves.

The Spartan Movement不僅是一項比賽，更是一種生活方式。比賽前我們會提供訓練和飲食營養心得，務求讓所有參加者達得到最好的準備。
