Take a break from the city life and spend 4 amazing days in a breath taking Zen retreat hotel located in the middle of countryside and surrounded by traditional Chinese farmhouses, rice fields and peaks. It offers accommodation in the heart of pure nature.
You will find a lovely garden and a stunning mountain view rooftop terrace, where we will practice yoga and fitness.
All the provided meals are home made by the owners and most of the ingredients are coming from organic garden located just behind the hotel.
In the free time you can explore the beautiful scenery of Li River, hike the mountains and cycle in between rice fields...
*Hotel will be occupied by retreat participants only.

Justyna
Justyna is has completed yoga teacher trainings both in China and India, has been certified with RYT 500 (International Yoga Alliance). Finished various trainings and workshops on vinyasa flow and yin yoga (Tyler Morgan, Heidi Chen, Victor Chau).

Workshops:
1. 8 Limbs of Yoga. So what exactly is Yoga? Learn basics of Yoga philosophy based on Yoga Sutras by Patanjali.
2. Nutrition. What to eat? When to eat? Count or not count calories? How to deal with the reasons of overeating? What`s intuitive eating and how to make it enjoyable.
3. Yoga Nidra. Yogic sleep is a state between waking and sleeping. It is among the deepest possible states of relaxation, helps reduce tension and anxiety.
4. Massage roller muscle release. Lower back pain, neck pain, knee pain, etc... Learn hot to make sipmle self-massage to release the tension and improve your trainings results.
5. Be-ZENtangle drawing. Create your own ZENTANGLE, MANDALA and ZANDALA. Different abstract drawing forms used with success in art therapy.
Trainings:
1. Meditation/Pranayama. Morning breathing and meditation practice.
2. Vinyasa flow. Energetic and invigorating practice where breath is synchronized with the movement of the body. Class will build strength, balance and flexibility.
3. Full body rubber bend workout. Rubber bend can be called the "home gym", learn how to tone every muscle on your body with only one bend in your hands.
4. Yin yoga. Slow paced meditative practice that focuses on stretching deep muscles.
5. Core training. Core strenght is one of the keys to keep your joints healthy, improve your performance in any kind of sports.

What to bring for retreat?
1. Sport clothes, swimwear (we might swim in the river), sport shoes, hat, a scarf or thin blanket to cover the body during yoga nidra practice.

5. Good mood :)
