A Fun-Filled Day for the Whole Family @ Dream Aquarium

Dream Aquarium is located on the west wing of the second floor of the Happy Mall and occupies a surface area of 2,800 square meters. It is comprised of five zones: a Deep Sea Diving Area, Live Coral and Jellyfish Display Area, Coral Reef 3D Theatre, Sea Lion Theatre, and an Ecological Classroom; and is a multi-function aquarium that combines scientific education with enjoyment while also being an iconic Southern China world-class marine theme park.

Dream Aquarium surpasses the conventional designs of traditional aquariums and was constructed with specially selected materials to take advantage of the distinctive features of the space of the site. The aquarium has also considered the behavioral patterns of visitors and has adopted an unique conceptual design of deep sea immersion as well as using the world's leading multimedia techniques such as dimensional imaging on walls, interactive projection on the floors, LED effects lighting, and wave projection lamps to display a three-dimensional view of the marine world where whales are spouting water and cruising; sharks are swimming and searching for food; dolphins are playing and leaping; and to show vivid scenes of corals of various shapes and fluorescent jellyfish---in order to present the audience with an immersive audio-visual experience and to create an unprecedented, mind-blowing experience for the audience.

In the future, this aquarium will display the greatest variety of corals and jellyfish that can be found out of all the domestic aquariums, and will possess our country's largest living coral reef tank which will showcase many of the world's rarest species of corals and jellyfish for tourists to see. Furthermore, this aquarium will be host to the first domestic aquarium marine ecology classroom design, and this will establish the most advanced domestic scientific education base of information and showcased technology to provide visitors with a powerful information platform from which they can receive a wide range of marine knowledge and environmental education.
