调研 · 场地分析
广船段位于滨水与工业遗产段落交汇处，以工业遗迹和滨水休闲为主。形成链接古今的视线通廊。
The Guangzhou Ship Section is located at the intersection of the waterfront and the industrial heritage section. This area is dominated by industrial relics and waterfront leisure.

项目设计范围内保留遗产景观节点包括三处船台，船坞，龙门吊，塔吊等。
The heritage landscape nodes within the scope of the project include three slipways, docks, gantry cranes, tower cranes, etc.
Ⅰ . 船坞，龙门吊/Dock，Gantry crane
船坞
整体原样保留 , 不允许破坏船坞侧壁、底面、主要构件及主体结构，允许对局部构件结合功能进行适度改建。
龙门吊
保护龙门吊整体风貌和主要构件，允许对局部构件结合功能进行改建。
The entire dock is retained as it is, and damage to the side walls, bottom surface, main components and main structure of the dock is not allowed, and moderate modifications to the combined functions of local components are allowed.

Ⅱ . 船台 / Slipway
一号船台
完整保留 , 不允许破坏船台顶面、主要构件及主体结构 , 允许对局部构件结合功能进行改建，不能进行加建。
二三号船台
整体原样保留 , 不允许破坏船台顶面、主要构件及主体结构 , 允许对局部构件结合功能进行改建。
The No. 1 slipway is completely preserved, and the top surface, main components and main structure of the slipway are not allowed to be damaged. The modification of the combined functions of local components is allowed, but no additions are allowed.
Ⅲ . 塔吊 / Tower crane
保护龙门吊整体风貌和主要构件，允许对局部构件结合功能进行改建。

▼设计理念 Design Concept
设计灵感的考究是场地一直秉持的核心价值之一。项目的设计灵感源自对当地文化、历史和自然的深入挖掘。通过对广州滨江地区的精准定位，设计团队将传统与现代相融合，致力于创造一个独具魅力的城市面貌。
设计引领未来城市发展，揭秘广州荔湾滨江城市设计新篇章。
为了实现这一目标，设计采用了基于业态立城、超链连城、绿潮漫城的三大策略。首先，业态立城体现了项目对多元化发展的追求，通过灵活的业态规划，打造了一个兼具商业、居住、休闲娱乐等多功能于一体的综合城市。其次，超链连城策略强调了城市内部各功能区域之间的紧密联系，形成了一个高效便捷的城市网络。最后，绿潮漫城注重打造宜居环境，将自然与城市融为一体，创造了一个充满活力的生态城市。
The hyper-linked city strategy emphasizes the close connection between various functional areas within the city, forming an efficient and convenient urban network. Finally, Green Wave City focuses on creating a livable environment, integrating nature and city, creating a vibrant ecological city.

设计三线交通系统，包括滨江漫步道，骑行动线系统，商业慢行系统。
Design a three-line transportation system, including a riverside promenade, a cycling route system, and a commercial slow-moving system.
▼景观分区图 Master Plan
景观分区为，广钢公园，TOD 交通枢纽，船坞活动区，弹性活动，船台展示区，滨江艺术文化群，水上活动区，滨江休闲区，滨水生态休闲公园。我们着重于创造多样性、生态友好和充满活力的城市空间。
The landscape is divided into Guanggang Park, TOD transportation hub, dock activity area, flexible activities, slipway display area, riverside art and culture group, water sports area, riverside leisure area, and waterside ecological leisure park. We focus on creating diverse, eco-friendly and vibrant urban spaces.

广钢公园将融合城市和工业遗址，创造一个独特而具有历史意义的公园。通过保留工业元素，展示城市发展的演变，并提供户外活动和文化体验。
Guang Gang park will blend urban and industrial heritage to create a unique and historic park.

作为城市的交通中心，TOD 交通枢纽将提供高效、便捷的交通服务，连接不同区域。此外，设计师将注重美学，以确保枢纽本身成为城市的标志性建筑。
The TOD transportation hub will provide efficient and convenient transportation services to connect different areas.

▼ 滨江艺术文化群
滨江艺术文化群将汇集各种艺术展示、文化商店和户外交流空间，为居民和游客提供一个文化创意的聚集地。这个区域将激发创造力和促进文化交流。

船坞活动区将引入水域元素，提供丰富的水上活动，如划船、皮划艇等，以及与水相关的休闲娱乐设施。这个区域将成为人们与水互动的理想场所。
The dock activity area will introduce water elements and provide a wealth of water activities, such as boating, kayaking, etc., as well as water-related leisure and entertainment facilities.

以自然为背景的滨江休闲区将提供宜人的环境，适合居民和游客放松身心。林下休闲、草坪休息区和观景台将构成这个宁静而舒适的休憩空间。

设置皮划艇运动区，亲水平台，水上赛事活动，水幕表演等丰富的水上活动游乐项目。
▼ 滨水生态休闲公园
强调生态保护的滨水生态休闲公园将成为城市中的绿色长廊。这个区域将种植各种植物，提供生态步道，亲水平台和观鸟点，为居民提供与自然互动的机会。
The waterfront ecological leisure park emphasizing ecological protection will become a green corridor in the city. This area will be planted with a variety of plants, provide ecological trails, water-friendly platforms and bird watching spots, providing residents with opportunities to interact with nature.
