今日中秋！ 这些知识 了解一下
说到中国传统节日，有人说就是吃的节日：什么春节吃水饺，元宵节吃汤圆，端午节吃粽子，寒食节吃冷食、清明节吃青团，还有腊八的八宝粥等等，当然中秋的月饼也是少不了的了。下面就让我们一起来看看各种月饼的英文表达。
Traditional styles 传统月饼
传统的月饼以产地区分，有广式、苏式、京式和滇式四大类别。
Cantonese-style mooncake 广式月饼
广式月饼的选料和制作技艺无比精巧，以皮薄、松软、香甜、馅足闻名于世。
Suzhou-style mooncake 苏式月饼
苏式月饼是苏式糕点的精华，皮层酥松，色泽美观，馅料肥而不腻，口感松酥。苏式月饼一大特点就是很酥，很易碎。
Beijing-style mooncake 京式月饼
受明清时期的宫廷膳食影响，京式月饼甜度适中，口感香脆、酥松、油润。
Yunnan-style mooncake 滇式月饼
滇式月饼亦称云腿月饼，是别具特色的汉族美食，有别于其他汉族各式月饼，其主要特点是馅料采用了滇式火腿，饼皮疏松，馅料咸甜适口，有独特的6滇式火腿香味。
Contemporary Styles 创新月饼
创新月饼是新出来的月饼品类，与传统月饼相区别。较之传统月饼，创新月饼的油脂及糖分较低，注重月饼食材的营养及月饼制作工艺的创新。
Low-sugar mooncake 低糖月饼
Fat-free mooncake 无脂月饼
Snow skin mooncake 冰皮月饼
特点是饼皮无须烤，冷冻后进食。以透明的乳白色表皮为主，也有紫、绿、红、黄等颜色。口味出各不相同，外表十分谐美趣致。
French-style mooncake 法式月饼
是将中国月饼文化和法国糕点工艺结合制成的一种非传统月饼，有乳酪、巧克力榛子、草莓、蓝莓、蔓越莓、樱桃等多种口味，口感香醇美味、松软细腻，味道与小蛋糕等法式西点类似。
Ice-cream mooncake 冰淇淋月饼
完全由冰淇淋做成，只是用的月饼的模子，美味加清凉，让人口水直流～
Mini mooncake 迷你月饼
主要形状小巧玲珑，制法精致考究。
月饼口味——最常见的月饼口味有：
Sweet bean past豆沙
Jujube paste 枣泥
Lotus seed paste 莲蓉
（Paste就是泥、蓉的意思，甜月饼基本都是...paste）
Five kernel 五仁
Five Kernel and Roast Pork 五仁叉烧馅
五仁月饼大概是最传统最经典的月饼了，只是那个味道吧…反正我是很不喜欢吃。而“五仁月饼”中的“五仁”具体指的都是什么，下面咱们就来盘点下：
传统的五仁月饼里面包括的是花生（peanut）、核桃（walnut seed）、瓜子（watermelon seed）、杏仁（almond）、松子（pine nut）。
近代以来，食材越来越丰富，人们也创新出了很多新的馅料～
Duck 鸭肉馅
Pork 鲜肉馅
Vegetable and Fruit 果蔬馅
Chocolate 巧克力馅
Green Tea 绿茶馅
Ice Cream 冰淇淋馅
Cream Cheese 奶油芝士馅
Seafood 海鲜
Yummy
好吃的; 美味的
yum本身是一个象声词
吃东西时嘴唇一张一合发出的声音
一般小孩子会用yummy来表达东西好吃
例句：I'll bet they have a yummy cake.
我敢打赌他们有非常好吃的蛋糕。
Lip-smacking
smack 意指“拍打”、“猛击”
smack your lips
也就是吧唧嘴的意思
肯定是吃到好吃的东西
才会让人想要吧唧嘴啦
所以这个词可以用来形容食物诱人好吃
不过在吃饭时最好不要这样
有点不太礼貌~
例句：The roast duck is very lip-smacking.
这道烤鸭很好吃。
Finger-licking good
它曾经是肯德基的广告语
直译过来就是舔手指的美食
所以大家都借用这句广告语
来形容东西很好吃，回味无穷
例句：This fried chicken is finger-licking good.
这炸鸡好吃得让人回味无穷。
Mouth-watering
这个词一看就很有画面感了
东西是有多好吃才会让人口水都要流下来了啊
其实它就对应着中文里的垂涎欲滴
例句：There were plenty of mouth-watering,
delicious food on the table.
桌子上摆满了令人垂涎的美味食物。
但是这个词并不是味觉上的描述
而是着重在视觉上的
所以可以这样说：
Look at those mouth-watering cakes.
看看这些让人流口水的蛋糕。
Out of this world
从字面意思来看是说：在这个世界之外
但其实它是英语口语里的一个常见俚语
表示好的不得了!
多用在描述食物的好吃~
例句：The food grandma prepared for me is out of this world.
奶奶为我准备的菜真的太好吃了。
其实它还有“不切实际”的意思
例句：His idea is always out of this world.
他的想法总是不切实际。
人生总是full of hit and miss，
很多食物看着美味吃起来味道却很糟糕，
怎么用英语表示“难吃”？
“难吃”怎么说？
Taste这个词很好用，可以变化出很多不同的说法：
Doesn’t taste good: 不太好吃
Tastes bad: 很难吃。这个说法很直接。
如果佐料不够，或者和你想象中的味道不一样，你也可以委婉地说：
Tastes off: 味道不太对
It tastes a little off. 这个东西味道不太对。
如果食材不新鲜，吃起来味道很怪：
Tastes funny: 味道很怪
Tastes horrible: 味道很糟糕
如果一份食物看上去就很难吃，完全没有引发你吃的欲望：
Unappetizing: 无法引起食欲的
Appetite: 食欲，胃口
难吃的原因
食物不好吃，可能的原因有很多：
Overcooked: 炒糊了，过度烹饪的
Undercooked: 未煮熟的，欠火候的
Not seasoned properly: 调味不佳的
没什么味道
Bland
如果食物缺少调味，你可以用这个词来评价：
Bland: 平淡乏味的
它也可以用来形容其它事物，例如生活方式，或人的性格：
He is a bland person. 他这个人很沉闷。
Flavorless
另外一个形容无味的词就是：
Flavorless: 无滋味的
和它相反的词是flavorful，表示味道很好，很可口。
Tasteless
这个词可以用来形容食物：
Tasteless: 无味的，无格调的
但需要强调的是，在实际使用中更多地是用来形容品味：
Some TV shows are tasteless. 有些电视节目很粗俗。
