10/26 DDC aranya ▶ 哈萨克斯坦民乐组合 TURAN 图兰乐团 (KZ, World Music)
神秘古国的气息，中亚大地上的争战，游牧民族的迁徙，马背上的漫漫丝路，深夜大帐的狼图腾……当图兰乐团的音乐响起，种种异域奇观便宛如海市蜃楼浮现在我们眼前。在他们的舞台上可以看到传统服饰、喉音演唱、三十余种哈萨克传统乐器，及经过改制且濒临失传的古突厥乐器，甚至萨满仪式和现代剧场表演。他们以扎实的音乐修行和难得的当代视野，将千年的冰与火之歌继续演绎下去。
Founded in 2008 by a group of students from the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory, the members of Kazakh traditional music ensemble Turan are award-winning folk artists who have performed around the world. They perform on ancient Kazakh instruments, creating an unforgettable image of the past and the present. Their desire is to recreate the sound of old archaic supplies, to find new ways, works and forms in the performance of the modern world.

2008年的3月1日，图兰乐团在哈萨克斯坦库尔曼哈孜国立音乐学院成立，到今年已是整整十年。为此，Tangba Records策划了图兰乐团在中国大陆的十周年巡演。
On March 1st, 2008, EnsembleTuran was established at the Kulem Harbin National Conservatory of Music in Kazakhstan. It has been a full decade this year. Tangba Records planned the tour of the 10th anniversary of the EnsembleTuran in mainland China.
图兰乐团最初的成员包括： Qorlan Karten baeva、Abzal Arykbayevrykbayev、Serik Nurmoldayev、Baurzhan Bekmukhanbetov，后 Maxat Medeubek 加入。
霍尔兰是乐团的节特根手，2013年离队，由 Yerzhigit Aliyev 接替她的位置；阿布扎勒在乐队司职喉音演唱，同时也弹奏三弦冬不拉；斯耶热克吹奏奏斯布孜额，并演奏 shinkildik 高音冬不拉，保尔江是乐队主唱，同时弹奏冬不拉以及三弦冬不拉。阿布扎勒、保尔江和斯耶热克也同时参与乐团的打击乐器和口弦的演奏。此外，五位成员还在演出中穿插共计三十余种哈萨克及古突厥的传统乐器。
Turan ensemble is a band composed of five members: Abzal Arykbaev, Maxat (Maksat) Medeubek, Bauirzhan Bekmukhanbetov, Serik Nurmoldaev, Erzhigit Aliyev. Abzal Arykbaev is good at throat singing.
The band usually play popular folk instruments such as dombra, zhetigen, kobyz, sybyzgy, sherter, shankobyz and some others. They usually wear ancient Kazakh costume when performance which strengthen the feeling of ancient Turkic. As artists-in-residence at the Museum of Kazakh Folk Musical Instruments, the Turan ensemble want to find new way remodeling folk music by using these ancient Kazakh musical instruments.
乐团的名字“图兰”源自古波斯语对锡尔河、阿姆河及咸海一带的中亚腹地的称谓，那里是古代哈萨克人游牧栖居的一片绿洲。乐团成员身着的服饰是古突厥时代士兵的软甲和猎户的皮衣经过艺术加工后改制的，而乐团舞台上的曲风刚劲威武，让人不免联想到图兰草原上与波斯人征战的突厥勇士和纵马山间的哈萨克猎人。
The term Turan, of Persian origin, literally meaning "the land of the Tur", is a region in Central Asia. Their show is a combination of such exotic scenes as kingdom of mystery, migration of Nomads, Silk Road on horseback and Wolf Totem in tent, which provides the audience with an opportunity to appreciate music live. Made up of students from Kazakhstan Academy of Music in 2008, Ensemble Turan created a sensation in Music Festivals around the world. Discovery Channel has produced special topics about them.
图兰乐团出道以来，在海外的各种现场演出中既有与交响乐团跨界合作的演奏，也有为舞台剧史诗的配乐。图兰的前身萨仁乐团时期开创的戏剧化的萨满表演也一直是他们现场的一个亮点，这些年他们不断摸索传统音乐现代化的编配和乐器的改良，形成了一个五人编制乐团独特的演出风格。
2008年4月，图兰乐团第一次在海外登场，与以色列室内乐团合作演出了 Aktoty Raimkulova 创作的交响乐史诗 “Dala syry”；同年八月乐团与库尔曼哈孜交响乐团一起受邀参加柏林的 “Young Euro Classic” 音乐会，演出获得极大成功。之后乐团在匈牙利的克鲁塔吉节三天的演出，获得了美、日、韩、土耳其等多家海外媒体的专访 并收录于Discovery发现频道制作的关于哈萨克文化传统的纪录片中。
In April 2008, EnsembleTuran debuted overseas for the first time. In collaboration with the Israeli Chamber Orchestra, the symphonic epic "Dala syry" by Aktoty Raimkulova was performed. In August of the same year, the Orchestra was invited to participate in the Berlin Symphony Orchestra. The "Young Euro Classic" concert was a great success. After the three-day performance of the Orchestra's Krutaki Festival in Hungary, it was interviewed by many overseas media such as the United States, Japan, South Korea and Turkey and included in the documentary about the Kazakh cultural tradition produced by Discovery Discovery Channel.
2009年，图兰乐团的第一张录音室专辑《Turan》（图兰）正式发行。同年，乐团的全美巡演在西海岸的洛杉矶拉开大幕，然后是旧金山、华盛顿、波士顿和纽约城。图兰乐团的年轻乐手们与与库尔曼哈孜音乐学院学生组成的交响乐团演奏了根据艾特玛托夫的中篇小说改编的交响乐组曲《查密莉亚》。巡演在纽约的卡耐基大厅完美收官。

From 2008 to 2015, EnsembleTuran attend a lot of music festivals, and made numerous successful performances all over the world.

In November 2009, the Turan ensemble made a very successful concert tour of the United States, performing in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington DC, Boston and New York.
Spring 2010, the ensemble's first CD Turan was released.

August 2010, Ensemble became a member of the World Grand kurultay "Turan" in Hungary. Lots of world media reported their performance.
In 2011, Turan ensemble performed in many countries representing Kazakhstan.

这一年，在“哈萨克斯坦首任总统基金会”的支持下，图兰乐团的第二张专辑《ErTuran》发布。之后在2016年，图兰乐团又发行了乐团的第三张专辑《UlyTuran》（吾勒图兰），其间还有一张精选集出版发行。
This year, with the support of the "Kazakhstan's first presidential foundation", EnsembleTuran's second album "ErTuran" was released. Then in 2016, the Turan Orchestra released the orchestra's third album, UlyTuran, which was also featured in a collection.

此外，图兰乐团还参与了法国电影《La voix des steppes》（草原之声）的配乐，并且参演了意大利导演Nello Correale的记录片《The wolf on the drum》，以及多部电影、电视剧、芭蕾舞剧和动画电影的配乐。
In addition,EnsembleTuran participated in the soundtrack of the French film "La voix des steppes" (the voice of the grassland), and participated in the documentary "The wolf on the drum" by Italian director Nello Correale, as well as many movies, TV series, ballet. 2015年，图兰乐团曾经受邀参加上海音乐季在浙江九龙山和上海滴水湖世博园区的演出，金秋的上海两场难忘的户外演出；2016年图兰乐团来京参加了在北京音乐厅举行的的中国哈萨克斯坦建交25周年纪念音乐会，并赴昆明参加了上合组织马拉松赛的开闭幕演出；相信很多人也忘不了2015和16年在北京DDC的图兰乐团的两个专场演出。
今年，图兰乐团受OCT-LOFT爵士音乐节的策划方旧天堂书店的邀请来华，使得此次图兰乐团的中国巡演能够成行。希望有更多新的朋友在10月19日到10月26日的六城巡演中来到现场感受图兰乐队的新民族音乐，并且分享所有美好的瞬间。
This year,EnsembleTuran was invited by the OCT-LOFT Jazz Festival's planning party, the Old Paradise Bookstore, to make the tour of the Tulan Orchestra's China tour a success. We hope that more new friends will come to the scene to experience the new ethnic music of the Turan band during the six-city tour from October 19th to October 26th, and share all the wonderful moments.
