头条！兰蒂奇宣布收购英威达工程塑料部门

9月12日，Radici集团宣布已和美国英威达（INVISTA）达成工程塑料部门的收购协议签署。通过此次收购，兰蒂奇集团作为世界领先的尼龙、PBT、TPE、POM工程塑料生产厂家，将能够进一步加强和扩大其在美国和欧洲市场的存在。据悉，此次收购将于60天内完成。

Radici Group Performance Plastics acquires the Engineering  Polymer Solutions business of Invista.

RADICIGROUP PERFORMANCE PLASTICS – a world-renowned producer of  polyamide, PBT, TPE and POM engineering plastics, and leading business area  of RadiciGroup - ANNOUNCES THE SIGNING OF AN AGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF  THE ENGINEERING POLYMER SOLUTIONS BUSINESS OF THE AMERICAN COMPANY  INVISTA. 

On Monday, 12 September, RADICIGROUP PERFORMANCE PLASTICS signed  an agreement for the purchase of the Engineering Polymer Solutions business  of the American company INVISTA. With this acquisition, RadiciGroup – a world  leading producer of nylon, PBT, TPE and POM engineering plastics – will be  able to further strengthen and expand its presence in both the American and  European markets. The closing of the transaction is expected within 60 days.
