菜场阿姨“亲妈式”卖菜火了！年轻人：太需要了丨Vegetable seller creates healthy menus

近日，在湖南长沙经营一家普通菜摊的李阿姨火了。这位李阿姨做了什么让网友们如此关注，还纷纷表示“想要拥有同款阿姨”？

Li Yuaner, who runs a vegetable stall in Changsha, Hunan province, has attracted extensive attention from netizens, with many expressing their desire to receive "the same type of service".

原来是因为李阿姨抓住了年轻人的“痛点”。

It turned out that Li has greatly satisfied young people's culinary needs.

李阿姨发现自家孩子因工作忙碌，不常在家做饭，喜欢点外卖。“但外卖吃多了往往对身体不好。” 和儿子交流一番后，李阿姨在自家的卖菜摊上开创了 “一周菜单” 服务。

Li found out that her son does not often cook at home because of busy schedules and prefers to order take-out food, even though he says "I think that eating too much take-out food can be bad for my health." After discussions with her son, Li decided to provide a "one-week menu" service to buyers at her vegetable stall.

顾客到现场点单，她把菜洗好切好，还附赠烹饪技巧。“现在年轻人不喜欢做饭、买菜，我干脆给你们弄一个一周菜单，我帮你们切好、搭配好，你们回去炒就行了。” 

After buyers order, Li washes and cuts up vegetables, and also offers them cooking tips. "Nowadays young people dislike spending time on wandering in the vegetable market and cooking, so I make weekly menus. I could help young people in arranging menus and preparing ingredients, so that they can just buy and cook directly back at home," she said. 

不仅如此，李阿姨发现很多年轻人说要减肥，就多搭配了些蔬菜，让食材丰富起来。

In addition, Li adds more vegetables in the menu to enrich the nutrition as well as to meet young people's need of keeping fit.

搭配的经验是她以前在食堂工作时学会的。“那时候早餐做油条油饼，然后切菜炒菜，做习惯了。”

The experience of preparing menus is what Li learned when she worked in the canteen. "Preparing deep-fried dough sticks and cakes for breakfast, cutting vegetables and cooking were things I was used to," Li said.

阿姨“保姆级”的服务，让不想切瓜洗菜、吃腻了外卖的年轻顾客们赞不绝口。也获得了网友们的点赞。

Netizens expressed their appreciation of Li's thoughtful preparation which is also widely praised by young customers who are tired of take-out food and, at the same time, don't like to prepare food. 

That's very thoughtful. It can save lots of time for those who have to work and also solve the dilemma of making choices.

It is so warm that Li takes care of us like her family.

I think selling semi-finished dishes should be popularized. Young people don't have enough time to prepare ingredients, but it's much easier to buy prepared materials and just do the cooking.

Please, I need a vegetable seller like Li in the market near my home. I really need one.
