近日，教育部发布《义务教育劳动课程标准（2022年版）》，将劳动课从原来的综合实践活动课程中完全独立出来，于2022年秋季学期开始执行，劳动课程平均每周不少于1课时。
《标准》中提到，在5-6年级，烹饪与营养方面，学生要用简单的炒、煎、炖等烹饪方法制作2-3道家常菜，如西红柿炒鸡蛋、煎鸡蛋、炖骨头汤等，参与从择菜、洗菜到烧菜、装盘的完整过程。能根据家人需求设计一顿午餐或晚餐的营养食谱，了解不同烹饪方法与食物营养的关系。
