“起猛了”是什么梗，用英语怎么说？
打开微博热搜榜，就会发现“起猛了”已经成为了“热搜伴侣”，这到底是个什么梗？
“起猛了”本意是用于形容一种早上起床太快，导致脑子转不过来，发懵或者迷糊的状态。
但在互联网社交语境里是另一个用法，常与“再睡会”互相搭配，表达难以置信，非常离谱的意思，也可以理解为“我是没睡醒吗”？
“Qi meng le” literally means a state when you wake up in the morning too quickly and your brain can't catch up, resulting in being dazed or confused. As an internet slang, it expresses disbelief or something extremely unbelievable, and can also be understood as "Am I still half-asleep?"
“起猛了”用英文应当如何表达？
英语中也有一个和起床相关的习语，get up on the wrong side of the bed，字面意思是从错的一边起床，看着有点像“起猛了”，但含义并不相同。
这句习语相当于中文的有“起床气”，引申为“心情不好”。比如：
I think my boss got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. He's been grumpy all day.
感觉我老板今天有起床气，他整个一天都脾气不太好。
说回“起猛了”，从字面意义上来说，起猛了用英语可以说：wake up suddenly或者wake up abruptly。
Suddenly和abruptly都可表示突然地，其中abruptly的意外程度要强于suddenly。
