我校外籍教师的母语均为英语，并且在不同国家有过相关执教经验。学校招聘教师的要求是具备很高的专业素养、丰富的教学经验以及对德威教学理念的认同。
All of our teachers have English as their first language and have years of relevant experience in different countries. We set a high standard when recruiting teachers. We look for highly professional individuals who have a rich teaching experience and are willing to embrace the Dulwich teaching philosophy.

珠海德威也非常注重给教师专业提升的平台，学校教学方面实施“蓝天计划”，成立多个教学研究小组，如：直观教学法研究小组、跨学科英语学习研究小组、混合式学习研究小组、多元评价研究小组等。以上教研活动在促进教师自身专业成长的同时带动了我校教学质量。
Zhuhai Dulwich attaches great importance to professional development for teachers. We implement the “Blue Sky” system in our school’s professional development. This has established a number of teaching research groups, such as: Interdisciplinary English Learning Research Group, Blended Learning and more. These research activities promote our teachers own professional growth while strengthening the quality of our school.

Catriona Treanor
地理、体育老师；爱尔兰裔，喜欢旅游，文化、新闻和运动。在珠海德威工作4年。她策划实施的的学生系列户外挑战之旅曾去往海南、北京、苏州、香港、阳朔等，提升了学生团队合作能力和领导力。
I am originally from Ireland and have a passion for travel, culture, news and sports. I have been working at Dulwich Zhuhai for four years. My current role is Geography Teacher, Head of Year 13 and Trips and Student leadership coordinator. Through these roles I have planned sports, educational and challenge trips to Hainan, Beijing, Suzhou, Hong Kong and Yangshuo, working alongside the student leadership to help develop them into the leaders of tomorrow.
Helen Wallis
英语学科组长；英国文学和美国文学学士，在读青少年教育硕士。在珠海德威，帮助学生参加模拟联合国赛事和全球学生对抗竞。近期，我校72个学生获得国际英语精英大赛省级优秀选手。珠海德威队在第十二届“国际英语精英赛”辩论赛中获得中国区一等奖。
Helen graduated from the University of Warwick with BA Hons English and American Literature and is currently studying for a Masters in Childhood and Youth. At DHZH, as the Head of English Department, I helped students attend MUN conferences, competing against students from around the world. Recently I helped 72 students win prizes in the provincial round of IEEA International English competition. One student receiving 'Outstanding Delegate' at the most recent conference. DHZH winning first prize in the debate competition of IEEA.
Rachael Oakley
英语、音乐老师，十一年级级组长。来自英国，在珠海德威已工作了6年，执教英语和音乐。在她和音乐组老师的栽培下，我校一名学生2015年获得IGCSE音乐考试中国区第一名。
This is my sixth of year teaching at Dulwich. I currently teach music and English and I am also the Head of Year 11. In 2015, one of my students achieved the top grade in China for IGCSE music.
Simon Oakley
现任德威学科副总监。巴斯大学数学硕士 和教育学硕士、曼彻斯特大学研究生教育证书。具有10年教育经历，在我校有6年教龄。组织学生参加国际远足、爱丁堡公爵活动。个人爱好：足球、跑步、骑脚踏车、旅行、阅读、做志愿者……
The current Deputy Director of Dulwich. Master of Mathematics and Master of Education from the University of Bath, Graduate Education Certificate from the University of Manchester. Has 10 years of educational experience and has 6 years of teaching experience in our school. Organize students to participate in international excursions, Duke of Edinburgh activities. Austin Sweeney
我校体育组负责人。在3个国家教了12年体育，擅长足球和橄榄球，也喜欢参加游泳、田径、足球比赛。在他的指引下，我校学生在国际学校联赛等多种赛事中取得了良好的声誉，包括排球、篮球、羽毛球、乒乓球和足球。
Mr Sweeney has been teaching PE for 12 years in three countries. Growing up in London, football and rugby were his favourite sports, however he regularly competed in swimming, athletics and Gaelic Football. Mr Sweeney is currently in his 2nd year here at DHZH where he continues to build the reputation of Dulwich Zhuhai competing in the Pearl River Conference where our sports teams are regularly competing in a variety of sports, including Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton, Table Tennis and Football.
Mari Herron
在珠海德威工作四年，数学老师，十年级级长，校女足教练。她执教的学生Mandy zhu以数学100分获得全球最高分，A-level数学全部获得A-A+的好成绩。她也是狂热的运动迷，参加香港女子盖尔球队获得2017亚洲盖尔球赛冠军。给学生的理念：不要仅仅追求成绩的优秀，更重要的是成为教室以外的全人生活的学习者。
Currently Head of Year 10 and in her fourth year at Dulwich, Zhuhai. Ms Herron taught and supported Mandy Zhu in achieving number one in the world for her 100% in IGCSE Maths. 100% A-A* in 2015/2016 & 2016/2017 in A-Level Maths in one year. She is a sports enthusiast and 2017 Asian Gaelic Games Champion with HK Ladies GAA. CCA leader of girl’s football. Provides continuous help and support for students to not only succeed academically but also to succeed out of the classroom in becoming holistic lifelong learners.
